Thrive Pilates is a welcoming neighborhood Pilates and movement studio located on the edge of Downtown Boise. We provide a personalized and positive movement experience in a safe, respectful, and beautiful environment. Our expert instructors offer customized Pilates instruction designed to meet your individual needs, whether you are looking for post-rehabilitative support or an advanced athletic workout. We welcome you to join us for Private or Group Pilates sessions right in the heart of Boise.

I am a sub 40 year old male with a history of pain resulting from a pre-existing condition and the associated treatment. After working with conventional and alternative physical therapists for 10+ years, I have finally found the combination of expertise that suits my needs. I've been working with Erin for the past year. Her expertise and ability to customize an approach that suits my strengths (and limitations) has allowed me to reshape the way I manage pain and condition myself for intense exercise, primarily mountain biking. Erin's 1:1 coaching has also helped me re-learn how to stretch and move my body, for work, for life, exercise and recovery. She is a fantastic listener and works to accommodate me with a routine that is practical and effective.

Thrive Pilates is a fantastic studio. I have been attending classes and sessions at Thrive for over 10 years. My experiences have ranged from private sessions that provided expert guidance through rehab for a knee replacement to weekly small group classes building strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing. The instructors are wonderful and have expertise in movement and body mechanics that continues to amaze me. During sessions I receive personal cues and reinforcement to build my knowledge of Pilates and enhance personal growth. The staff also works with me to schedule sessions and puts together small group classes that meet my individual needs. I highly recommend Thrive Pilates to anyone interested in improving their fitness and health.

I had the pleasure of taking a private lesson with Jessica on my way through town. The space is beautiful, the equipment varied and well maintained, and was provided excellent instruction. I have been taking class at Thrive Pilates for 9 years. I started there on the recommendation of my PT following a Traumatic accident
requiring back surgery and spinal cord rehabilitation. I feel so lucky and blessed to be associated with this studio. Jessica is a gifted and knowledgeable teacher. She is an incredible leader of a group of great Balanced Body Instructors. Class is work but, it is also fun and rewarding. Jess has mentored me from the first session and encouraged me to become a BB Instructor which is a dream Come true. I can’t believe that I could barely move
without fear on my first day in the studio to the feeling of fearlessness and gratitude I have today. Jess and her staff transitioned to online class without a hitch I have been having a terrific time participating in class and student teaching via zoom. Pilates saved my quality of life and Jessica and Thrive Pilates made that possible

Amazing Pilates studio! I have several injuries, and they modify exercises to keep me safe.

Someone once told me “when looking for a Pilates studio, look for one that trains new teachers” that’s a huge reason why I chose Thrive.

They teach new Pilates instructors, which means not only are they constantly learning, and well rooted in Pilates methods. But they are the best of the best instructors!

I went from beginner to advanced at this studio, highly recommend!!

Jessica has been an absolute blessing in my life! I have some unique structural problems and hypermobility which cause a lot of pain and limitations. After hip surgery and years of physical therapy, attending sessions at Thrive is the one thing that I feel has made a significant difference in my life. It isn't only Pilates that has helped, but I believe it is Jessica's intuitive sense that has helped me understand my body more and has decreased the amount of pain I live with dramatically. I think I have an "aha!" moment every time I see her which has translated to just living a better life in my body.

Pilates sessions at Thrive helped me regain my mobility during a difficult pregnancy. I had been experiencing severe sciatic pain to the point where I could no longer stand, sit, or walk comfortably. As a typically active person, I missed riding my bike and doing yoga, and was worried how I would stay healthy throughout the rest of my pregnancy and endure labor without being able to move. When I started sessions with Jessica and was immediately impressed with how she could intuitively understand what was happening in my body, and tailored different activities with different props and supports so I could experience them safely. Jessica always watched me closely to make sure I maintained my alignment, and gave me clear instructions so I could try certain exercises on my own at home. It was so liberating to finally move my body after months of pain. I'm so glad Pilates at Thrive helped me realign my body and regain my strength so I could have the birth experience I wanted. I look forward to attending more sessions and trying some classes in the future!
