Established in 2022, Tone Fitness Studio - Fairview is a fully licensed Lagree studio offering 45-minute high-intensity, low-impact classes on the M3 Megaformer. We follow the original Lagree Method created by Sebastian Lagree, combining strength, cardio, core, flexibility, balance, and endurance into every workout. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, our certified instructors guide you through safe, challenging sessions designed to deliver real results. I love this workout and studio. I attend the location at 10 mile and the instructors are so welcoming and knowledgeable. They are always helpful to new people, yet continue to challenge people that have been going for awhile. I’m battling a shoulder injury and they are very helpful to give me alternative things for me to do so I don’t further injure myself but still get a great workout. Do yourself a favor and give it a try, you’ll fall in love with lagree and this studio!

I was very nervous about my first experience. I have zero core strength, so I knew I would struggle. I did struggle, but in no way did I feel intimidated or discouraged during the class. Everyone was friendly and focused. The instructor Sadjra was very helpful and kept the class moving smoothly. I will definitely be coming back. Great first experience.

I love working out at TONE. Every instructor is awesome and welcoming. I most love that the length of the class is 45 min, so you are in and out, but you get a killer workout. I know people who have taken over 300 classes there and they still say every workout is challenging. Every class is different, so I never get bored. You should definitely give them a try!

I tried Tone Fitness out on Wednesday, I’ve heard so many good things about Lagree. Well it’s Saturday and my abs are still sore, my glutes are sore, WOW! 🤯 What an awesome workout. It’s so different than anything you’ve ever tried, in a good way. I hope to purchase some more classes soon. My work is only 3 minutes away from one of the studios. I liked that the room was dark, I knew going into it that my first class would be a little overwhelming/confusing - just because it’s a completely new format for me! I was warned about it. Even though I didn’t know what I was doing, the instructor checked my form often and again— I got an awesome workout, obviously, still sore in all the right places 3 days later. I can see how this could be my new addiction. I think that combined with a healthy, sustainable diet- lagree could give anyone incredible results -physique wise. I also felt like I released negative energy through some of the movements— it was really cool. :) thanks Tone!

I can’t say enough great things about this studio! I’ve been attending Tone Fiitness Studio for 6 months now and it is literally life changing. I have always worked out but haven’t been this consistent with workout in years. The classes are challenging and fun. The instructors are so motivating and friendly. They remember your name and celebrate your progress. I notice more muscle definition than I ever have and more importantly I am so much stronger. The classes are only 45 min so there’s no excuse! The Megaformer machines are no joke—each session works muscles I didn’t even know existed. Tone Fitness Studio is my happy place. After trying the Lagree method for the first time a year ago, I was hooked. I am a fairly active person and have worked out my whole life but this is the only thing I’ve managed to do consistently because I love it so much. Obviously, it’s great for the body(show up knowing you will be hard), but the mental challenge it creates in the mind makes you stronger in mind and body. You build the power to push through. The Instructors are so incredibly supportive and encouraging. The community has grit! Whenever I want to give up and my mind starts to chatter, I look up and see a room full of strong badasses who are struggling too but we push through to the finish line together. UPDATE JULY 2024: There is no fitness studio or community that has me coming back like Tone. Over 200 classes and I’ve gotten stronger and have yet to hit a plateau. Every instructor pushes you to be your best that day. They are able to help with modifications if you are dealing with an injury and I’m always happier when I walk out the doors than when I walked in. The amount of mental and physical strength gained at Tone is unmatched!

I don’t have the adequate words to express my joy to have found Tone Fitness and my profound gratitude for the company and trainers. I had been searching for a studio or a gym with the combination of a challenging, supportive, and friendly atmosphere and was continuously out of luck until I found Tone. Not only do you get an incredible Lagree workout at Tone, you feel welcome and that you belong from your first class. The vibe of Tone is inclusive and supportive with the encouragement to challenge yourself to get stronger both physically and mentally. I absolutely LOVE tone fitness studio. I joined when they first opened in November, and have taken 45 classes since. It’s an incredible and challenging workout, and my core strength especially has never been better since Lagree. The owner, Taylor, is an amazing human and instructor, and every other instructor I’ve taken a class with is amazing as well. I couldn’t recommend this studio more!

Before I tried Tone, I was having difficulty finding a form of exercise that I loved & wanted to give up because I didn’t think there was anything out there that I could stay consistent with. UPDATE! I can't a say enough about how much Tone has changed my mind & body over the last year! Listen to your body, being stuck in fight or flight is legit, and finding a workout that is incredible, but not over taxing or stressing on the body, has been a true blessing. I’m officially hooked! This is my favorite way to start my day and I always feel so good after I leave. I needed something low impact but high intensity and this has filled both needs. I love being a regular in classes and getting to know the instructors (Sophie’s class is the only thing that can get me out of bed that early!) it highlights my week every time.

I am fairly new to the studio and love it already! I do wish I had started sooner. I went to sign up months ago and saw the classes were mostly a waitlist and didn’t sign up. Since signing up, at least 5 of my classes have been from the waitlist. It moves fast and I have yet to have a day where I wanted to workout but couldn’t. I have a very irregular schedule and travel a lot for work so I was worried I wouldn’t get in as much as I want. I have been in 5x a week and again, most of those I started out on the waitlist. Some days I sign up for several waitlist slots, when I get a class I remove myself from the waitlist on the other classes so someone else can get in. The app is easy to sign up for classes, waitlist, and to cancel. Mind the cancellation fee window - I love that we have the option to book a class and cancel for free as long as we are in the approved window! Taylor and her husband are awesome and all of the instructors are so good. Great community of others also working hard. I can’t believe how hard I work and how low impact it is, I sweat so much. Don’t wait to try it, get in there!

With the Lagree method I have found an effective workout I truly enjoy. The workouts are intense, but I feel a sense of accomplishment after each one. Since the classes are only 45 minutes it's easy to work into my busy schedule several times a week. After six weeks I already feel stronger and more clear headed. With Tone Fitness Studio I have found a community that helped me to feel comfortable when I was new and a team of supportive instructors who encourage and push me to do my best in every class. The Tone Fitness app makes it easy to pay for and schedule classes from your phone (which is essential in this day and age). They aren’t lying - your first class is free and then you’ll be hooked, just like I was. I’ve been fairly athletic most of my life but had a knee injury that haunted my fitness progress. I have never taken a lagree or Pilates class prior to my first free class.
The things I love the most are the class time options (lots of them, including early mornings before work), the instructors, all of which are so motivating and inspiring and the progress that I’ve seen in my physical strength and mental stamina.
I attend 3 times per week and have never loved a workout more than I do when I’m at Tone. Truly so grateful for this place.

I joined Tone Fitness Studio broken. Desperately needing community & something that would fill up my cup after moving to a new state away from my family and friends. I wasn't working out how I once was and emotionally eating my way through the treasure valley to cope.
As a retired fitness instructor, I am incredibly picky about where I work out and HOW I work out. From the moment I walked into the studio I knew this place was legitimate. Not only is the owner Taylor a great human & business owner, but her staff is the same as well.
As I took classes with all the instructors every single one asked if I had any injuries or limitations they should be aware of. They cue & happily share any modifications you may need without judgement, but empowerment meeting you exactly where you are at & supporting you every minute of the class, even when you feel like you can't hold your plank for another 15 seconds. They tell you "yes you can!" "You got this, 10 seconds take a breath." "Set your intention & be grateful that you are able bodied to work out!" Etc.
I religiously take class 3x a week & haven't missed a week since they opened. I'm seeing tone in my muscles (no pun intended, it's true!) and feeling like myself again mentally & physically! This studio & the Lagree method may just take me out of instructor retirement I love it so much!

I started Lagree in March and fell in love with it right away! I absolutely love the sense of community that Taylor has created in the studio. To say I love Tone Fitness is an understatement. I first went to tone, nervous and unsure of trying something new, not knowing what “lagree” was. I was initially uncomfortable and felt out of place, I sweat and my legs shook so much I was almost embarrassed thinking I was that out of shape, but you quickly learn that it’s part of the method and it’s your body digging in deeper than usual to build muscle. After PRAISES for shaking legs and booty I knew it wasn’t just me. Even though I was physically exhausted after, dripping in sweat, I couldn’t wait to go back the next day. Now fast forward several months later and I still feel the same about the studio, I can’t wait to go back each day, planning my evenings and weekends around a Tone class vs just trying to fit in a workout.

Taylor (the owner) is amazing, pushes you to your limits and motivates you to keep going. She’s tough, but does it with love. The other trainers are amazing and I feel like I am not just going to a “class” but going to a community studio where all the individuals are there out of comfort, but wanting to push themselves. Each trainer has their own personality, music choice, and favorite moves, but you’ll find that most of them want you to learn and are there to assist you. One thing that impresses me most is their ability to remember the members names.

I feel stronger than I have before after several months of going. If you are ever nervous to try this place, don’t be. You won’t ever be “the new person” who feels out of place or behind. Please try Tone Fitness, you won’t regret it and you’ll immediately find a community of people who quickly become a motivating family of friends.

I discovered Tone Fitness Studio on IG earlier this fall and am so glad I did. They're the first Lagree studio to come to Meridian which was a big selling point for me. I took 4-5 of the free classes during their soft launch and fell in love with the Lagree method so I signed up for a membership. Taylor, the owner, is incredibly kind and never once pressured me into signing up for a membership, which was refreshing. I started taking Lagree classes in April 2021 at a studio in Southern California where Taylor, who now owns Tone Fitness, was an instructor. At that point I didn't even know what the Lagree Method was.
I was overweight and very discouraged. Losing weight and getting fit seemed almost impossible to me. I felt hopeless because I had tried everything: Barre, personal trainers, boot camp, Pilates, weight lifting and a walking program.
I am not exaggerating when I say that Lagree is the hardest thing I've ever done. From the very beginning, Taylor had my back. She believed in me even when I didn't believe in myself. Without question, Taylor is the most caring fitness instructor I've ever had. She was always upbeat, patient and motivating.
