I have had a number of trainers over the course of my years but none as helpful and informative as Scott. He works with me to help not only in strength training but nutrition as well. He is helping me work thru my unhealthy relationship to food and making me realize that the only way to lose weight is to eat not starve yourself! He pushes me and is helping me see that I am in fact an athlete! I highly recommend him!

As an 83 year old women, I wanted to focus on gaining strength and increasing my core stability, to help prevent falls so I can maintain my daily activities of living. I work with Scott 3 times week and my endurance is increasing, we are working on getting out of the full squat position with no assistance.

I've worked with Scott on two separate programs over the years and I've had great results both times. I'm currently on a more aggressive program and have lost 76 pounds in 6 months, much faster than last time since I'm basically just following Scott's recommendations and putting in the time and effort.
Scott is very invested in the success of his clients and having a private place to workout is quite a convenience. Highly recommended.
