When searching for a gym i was not wanting to sign a contract or pay a insane monthly cost, but Kendal is very reasonable and the gym is by far best bang for buck. If you want a gym to go swimming and sit in a sauna this is not for you but if you want a gym to lift weights and get in shape then this is exactly what you want.

Best gym in town. Kendall is the best trainer also. He knows the science of the body and has a ton of experience. Love this place

The place for all iron addicts. There's no dust on the 100lb dumb bells here. They get used. Enough said.

This is a classic powerlifting/bodybuilding gym, the vibe is excellent if that’s what you’re looking for. Owner is super reasonable with pricing as well.

Cool place. Cool members. No frills. Serious lifters who have patience with beginners like me.

Best powerlifting gym in all of South East Idaho if not the entire state. Mono lift, forza bench, load rock music. What else could you ask for.

Alot of people I see talk about the gym like it's randown and and dirty gym and that is not the case. This gym is for people wanting to get into great shape like bodybuilding and power lifting and wanting to push themselves, not like planet fitness where you have a limit of how much your allowed to lift or what to wear or even drink there. If you want a gym like that just so you can say you went to the gym then go there but if you want to get into shape and be able to push yourself then this is where you want to be and I have known Kendal for about 18 years and he is an amazing gym and dose everything he can to take care of you and if you have questions he will help you.

I've been more than patient. The gym itself is fine and equipment satisfactory. But do not give them a credit card for auto pay strictly cash. I cancelled in writing as contract states month to month. I have been charged at least 5 times since I cancelled in Feb. I've given the benefit of the doubt to many times. Kendall never once made it right. I finally had to cave and cancel my card. Dispute the charges with my bank. I was charged 2xs in Oct alone. That's absurd. I've tried to be calm about the whole thing but it's out of control.

It pains me to say this, because I had so much faith in this gym. My card has been charged for $40 after I followed to steps to "cancel" my membership. Overall, the gym is as bare-bones As It Gets. This is not necessarily the bad thing, the time I did have in the gym was enjoyed and I made gains while I was there. So this negative review does not reflect the condition of the gym or the machines and equiptment. Although none of those are in good condition either. There are lots of good things about this gym, like the amount of high quality weights for compound lifts like bench press and squats and deadlifts. The negative review is a reflection of the promises I given when my credit card was charged for the $40. I was promised the credit would be refunded and there was promises that it was an accidental charge but after reading some other reviews, It seems this is a common "mistake" for this gym. If you do plan on joining this gym, pay cash do not give them your credit card info. Sorry, Kendall I was patient for more than a month while you tried to convince me I was getting my money back. I reminded you 3 separate times and I'm content spending the $40 on a two-star review.

This gym is old school and only tech there is the tread mills proper grunt and sweat gym, was a friendly greeting by the owner and made to feel at home. Has what you want if your serious weight shifter. 10 minute drive from the flying j truck stop. Thanks I shall return.

I went to this gym for a couple of months, but I work out of town all the time so I decided to switch over to anytime fitness. When I called them to cancel they said I need to bring in a “Signed Letter” stating that I wanted to cancel. So I did that. They continued charging me every month despite several phone calls and several “promises to refund “. I finally ended up canceling my card, because it was the only way to get these guys to stop charging me. The gym is dirty and grimy and half the equipment is broken. I’ve been told by a friend that they’ve been doing the same thing to him for over 6 months. Pretty lame.
