Are you ready to get in the best shape of your life while having more fun than you've ever experienced? WORK Training Studio is for you! WORK is a circuit style training studio that provides personal training in a group environment. We use a proprietary MST (Metabolic Strength Training) method that combines the best of resistance training and dynamic cardio exercises to create a one of a kind WORKout experience and one of a kind results. We change the WORKout each day, and the overall programming goals each month, so you never get bored and never plateau. I am absolutely OBSESSED with this gym! I never in a million years would’ve called myself a consistent early riser, but since joining, I’m up at 5 AM and actually EXCITED to be working out by 6. It’s completely transformed my routine and my habits… I go to bed earlier because I can’t wait to wake up and start my day off right.
The workouts push me harder than I’ve ever pushed myself, and I LOVE IT! I’ve never felt so strong, motivated, and proud of what my body can do. The energy in the room is electric. Love being surrounded by all these absolute badasses crushing their workouts.
I love that the trainers know you by name, they encourage you, and they genuinely care about helping you grow. It’s such a rare combo of tough love and real support.
If you’re even thinking about joining… do it. You’ll walk out every morning feeling unstoppable.

WORK has really helpful/motivating trainers, and a great community. I mainly joined because they offer childcare during the workout, and the staff are so sweet with my two little ones. The workouts are challenging, you definitely can adjust weights based on your skill set and comfortability. I have 15+ years experience with weightlifting, but this class style has been great to improve functional strength and mobility, and learning new skills. Thank you guys! 😊

I recently joined WORK after my previous gym unexpectedly closed down, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have found this place—especially after just having my baby and being cleared to work out again. From the moment I walked in, the owners and team at WORK welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like part of their gym family right away.
They’ve also embraced several of us from the previous gym, creating a seamless and supportive transition. The atmosphere here is fun, energetic, and genuinely motivating. You can feel the passion in the room—it’s clear that everyone, from the coaches to the members, is here to push each other toward their goals.
The workouts are challenging in the best way possible. They push you to your limits and help you discover what you’re truly capable of. I’ve already started to feel stronger, both physically and mentally, and I’m so excited to continue this journey with such an inspiring community.

Join WORK immediately! Don't wait like I did. My dear friend has been with WORK for almost two years. I've watched her mind, body and spirit transform in the most beautiful way. Over the years she would gently nudge me to join her for a trial week at WORK.I was hesitant to join WORK given the killer class workout videos I would watch on Instagram. They looked intense and I was fearful I wouldn't be able to keep up. Boy was I wrong. I can keep up! Everyone can keep up, no matter their age, shape or past exercise history. I've exercised in the past with trainers but have never worked out like this. Every ounce of your body (and mind) gets exercised without you realizing it. Every single movement is strategically thought out. Going to WORK truly changes you in the best kind of way. The trainers help you modify the exercises without drawing attention to your prior injuries or limitations. Your workout is for you and you only. I just completed my 10th workout at Work! My fiancée joined first and he kept telling me about it and how much he loved it, so I had to check it out for myself! I’ve hopped on and off of my personal fitness journey and this is a new and challenging environment! The environment is upbeat, fun, and competitive.
Cons/suggestions: Modifications are not given, I’ve adjusted and figured it out as needed, but I’ve done CrossFit and other group type classes before, so I feel relatively confident doing that. Also, the turf kills my delicate, baby, computer hands… and my knees. I recommend you wear pants and lifting gloves if you also have sensitive skin.
Overall, this is a great place to work out! Everyone is encouraging and it’s the consistent push that I need to work a little bit harder. Thanks everyone for embracing me with open arms. Being greeted by name is not something you get at a commercial gym. It’s been fun and I’m excited to continue my journey with WORK.

I switched to Work Training Studio three weeks ago from traditional bodybuilding. I am loving it!
I love that they switch up each class with different exercises & movements as well as each month with a new focus..April was Strength focused and May is endurance. The workouts combine cardio and strength training and I’m really enjoying the group atmosphere, the bumping music and the awesome trainers. The trainers gently correct you to ensure you are doing things properly. They also are super encouraging, this is a new kind of workout for me and I appreciate their grace! If you want a fun, booty kicking workout & environment I highly recommend giving WORK a try!

This place is where it’s at! I’ve worked a physically demanding job for the last 23 years and have several surgeries throughout my career that have limited my exercise scope… or at least I thought so until I started here. I was getting bored of my normal routine and my wife finally convinced me to try this gym. At first I resisted because of all of my own preconceived notions of gyms and gym classes… also I’m cheap lol. All that being said, this gym, the staff and the workouts are the best I’ve ever experienced. Workouts are challenging and always kept fresh so your entire body gets worked and you never get bored. I highly recommend!

I like how the only 1 star you guys have is from someone who asked to turn the music down who wasn’t even attending a session here. Oh well I reported it cause it doesn’t pertain and dude clearly has issues.
I’ve been coming here since it opened. Love it here so much I got my wife, friends and neighbors to join who all equally love it.
Staff is amazing, classes are superb and the patrons are top notch.
I have done many workout classes at various gyms, lifted weights and this is by far the most effective classes I’ve taken. It changes daily and there is zero risk of plateauing. When you think you have…bam…everything changes and you’re sore again.

I only go every now and then with a class pass, but every time I go the atmosphere is incredible and everyone is so nice. The workouts are definitely intense but I love that they have a little bit of everything, including heavy lifts with low reps. It’s not what I would expect out of a typical gym class type environment, and I love it when I do go.

Over the years I have tried many different gyms and fitness studios and WORK stands out far above the rest. The staff is incredible - every single one of them knew my name easily within the first week of me attending. It makes me feel so welcome and encourages me to go because they genuinely are excited to see you show up! The studio is incredibly clean and stocked with drinks, cool merch, and even little details like jars of hair ties in case you forget one. The thoughtfulness doesn’t stop at the gym door - the workouts are creatively curated and I love the supportive group environment! The trainers are so encouraging and helpful with form and posture. The daily class structure focus on certain muscle groups motivates me to be consistent in attendance so I can get an overall full body workout through the course of the week. The classes are tough but worth it. I feel better than I arrive each time I leave a class. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

I was hesitant to start coming to Work because I had a knee surgery some months prior, as well as diastasis recti from two pregnancies. I was afraid that I would have too many limitations to do their workouts, but the whole staff is so incredible at meeting you where you are at and motivating you to challenge yourself and get better. I couldn’t run when I started coming, and now have no problem on the treads. I thought I’d have knee problems the rest of my life! Forever grateful I decided to just go for it and start coming to Work.

WORK has gotten me back into a routine of making exercise a part of my daily routine. It’s so nice being able to go in and not have to think about what you are going to do, and also have instructors that are knowledgeable and will correct your form if they see something is off. All my visits have been consistently excellent.
The Work team is enthusiastic about what they do and the overall energy is great.
The instructors spend time explaining the exercises thoroughly and also pay close attention to everyone individually to ensure each person is doing the exercises correctly.
Lastly, recognizing people's efforts and calling them out by name is a nice personal touch that helps motivate for sure!

I love the way the weekly programming is set up at WORK. It really motivates you to attend each day so you complete all muscle groups, very well rounded! I love the overall set up/design of the studio, dark enough that you don't feel like you're in a fishbowl but not too dark. I've especially enjoyed classes with Jeff and Meryl! Both are fantastic coaches!

I looked into Work because of the great location, however, now staying for countless reasons. The workouts are challenging, unique and fun. The trainers are very knowledgeable and encouraging. The community is warm, welcoming and supportive. I am addicted.

This place rocked. It was my first time and I have not decided if I want to die or not yet (Still to early to decide). Everyone was super encouraging and enthusiastic. The trainers are super helpful and teach you how to do it correctly. Will definitely be back as soon as I learn how to walk again.

WORK is more than a place to work out. It’s a place that you feel like you’re family. They know your name when you walk through the door. Every day is different body part & no matter how hard the class is there are always options to modify which for me is great since I haven’t worked out for a few years. The energy during class makes it go by fast & I always leave feeling 100’s better than when I walked in!

I came for the location and stayed for the community and coaching. WORK has figured out how to blend full body workouts with enough variation and room to grow to keep me coming back day after day. The environment is incredibly energetic, high quality equipment, clean and the coaches know what they are doing and help with proper form and mechanics. You can tell this is more than a gym and everyone cares about the people as much as getting a great workout! This place is something special!

I joined WORK as they were opening because I was looking for group fitness that incorporated more lifting than my previous gym. I have loved the variety and intensity of the workouts, the positive and welcoming atmosphere, the expertise of the coaches, and the friendliness of the whole staff. After just 16 classes, I feel like I have connected more with coaches and other members than I did in a year at my previous gym. Every class has been unique and challenging. I am fairly new to weightlifting, but the coaches at WORK are great at demonstrating each move and correcting form in a kind and helpful way. No gymtimidation here - people of all fitness levels can get a great workout. I really like that you can individualize the workouts with how heavy you want to lift or by making modifications to the movements, but you still get the “we’re in this together” feeling.
