Hard to cancel. Moved away and they won't let you cancel over phone. Downloaded the app to cancel but it says my email doesn't exist, so I canceled payment through my bank and the gym sent me to collections. Don't use this gym.

This place feels like a trap.

We tried to cancel a membership over a year ago after moving, but were told it could only be done in person — despite being 40 minutes away. The app didn’t recognize the membership, phone calls were rarely answered, and every attempt to cancel was ignored or made intentionally difficult. We continued to be charged monthly for a membership we couldn’t use or cancel. Eventually, we had to file a claim through our bank to stop the charges. Now, they've sent the account to collections.

This gym makes canceling intentionally frustrating, almost impossible, and borderline predatory. Avoid at all costs.

After calling these people to let them know I was moving and needed to cancel my membership, I never got referred to a way to cancel or, was sent anything via email to cancel. I then get a call from a collections agency saying I owe a bunch of money. Called the gym again to cancel and was still never given a way to cancel. I was just told they would lower the bill for the last three/four months by waiving fees. Just wanted money and wouldn’t let me cancel. Pretty sad how they run their business.

SCAMMERS!!!!! Billing department is a scam. “You should’ve followed up on your cancellation” is what I was told by their employee after I was called by someone in billing department saying I owed them for three months(with a bunch of other fees). Employee then tells me “I’m waiving all the extra fees so you only owe for the three months.”. Never offered me a way to cancel over phone/email or told me a way to cancel so I didn’t continue to be charged.

Aside from the amazing affordable price, I love the owners who go above and beyond to always help or answer questions, including Moss & Maple (you know it's a great place when attendees are bringing in treats specifically for them!)
The gym is always clean and equipment is available. I thoroughly enjoy my community of people I have gotten to know at my regular workout time and it feels like a little family. As someone who was timid to be in a gym after many years away, I am so grateful I found this little gem.

The staff at this gym are friendly, fun and knowledgeable. They keep the gym very clean. Nice locker/changing rooms with showers. Restrooms are always clean. Jess, personal trainer, has worked with me providing encouragement, proper use of equipment etc. I strongly encourage taking the time to do the “Success Session”. Adequate amount of cardio and weight machines as well as free weights, TRX and a stretching area. I look forward to my workouts and the infrared sauna and hydro massage after. They also have two, stand up tanning rooms. Great gym. Try it!

One of the worst gym experiences I have had. It’s hard enough to get to the gym for an older, overweight woman; however, the female manager really cut me to the bone. Avoid this gym…your money would be better spent elsewhere.

Great place to work out. The owners/employees super friendly always working super hard to keep it one of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever been to. Great equipment. I tried a gym near this one it was more expensive and horrible equipment. Glad I took the free trial. Signed up immediately. You won’t be disappointed.

I really like this place. Workout Anytime seems so clean and personable. I have been to alot of fitness clubs and 24 hour gyms but W.A is. simple, clean and the decor is energetic. The amenities are great. I KNOW this company is going to grow. I honestly think it is way better than the rest of the anytime fitness type clubs.

Great so far! They have all of the important machines to help me build muscle and lose weight. The only downside is they have only one trainer. Yes there are dogs there in the mornings which I love! I don't see fur in the gym at all.

This is a super clean gym with a great selection of Matrix machines, free weights and cardio machines - steppers, bikes, treadmills, and ellipticals. Lockers and showers are available as are tanning, sauna and massage chair rooms for a reasonable upcharge.

In the year since I posted my original review above, I have lost 10 pounds and increased my strength and endurance, having added muscle mass particularly to my upper body, which is saying a lot for being over 70. I like the friendly atmosphere. I have also gotten excellent coaching and nutritional advice from the owners, Chris and Jessie.

Impossible to cancel if you end up out of town and unable to get into the store in person. And if you card on file gets stolen they keep charging you plus late fees and threaten collections. Horrible treatment. Nice gym though.

It would be really great if the employees would leash their dogs because some people are allergic or afraid of dogs and one of the employees dogs was unleashed one morning and became very aggressive towards my friend which was very uncomfortable considering her hands were full and she wasn’t able to restrain it properly! I just called and spoke to one of the owners about this and she told me that the dogs are always leashed when going to and from the office which is not true I asked that they be leashed and not allowed to run loose and she said that they are always leashed but why would I be calling if that were the case 🤦🏻‍♀️

Lately machines are being reserved with drink, phones, and clothing while doing other things. Sitting on a machine while answering texts and reading is not etiquette in a gym. This morning the gym was busy and reserved machines prevented many from completing routines. Phones are problematic. Best they, and other personal property stay in the cubby.

For 24 hour spot it's not bad. Thing that gets me is that it looks dirty. Like a bunch of hairs all over the floor like its from a dog

Love this little gym. I have been getting there around 1500 everyday and you can literally hear a pin drop most days which is what I like since i do alot of supersets and need multiple pieces of equipment for each set. Definitely check it out and the price is great too.

On vacation and holiday block leave from the Army and needed a place to workout. Well, this place is awesome! If I lived in Boise I would be here all the time. Clean, safe, professional, and very respectful! Signed up for a free trial online and was contacted within minutes and was even greeted at the door when I came in and was taken on a personal tour!!!!! Great gym & one with a difference, open 24/7 all year long, top of range Matrix fitness equipment, well designed, clean and spacious. It's suitable for any type of exercise, whether your aim is endurance, strength, flexibility or cardio training. (I'm especially delighted with their newest arrival - the squat rack & deadlift platform)
The dynamic of the gym is brilliant, it’s so welcoming, there is no aspect of judgement and the very professional & friendly staff are always at the ready, if you need any advice or assistance. The changing and shower facilities are also top notch.This is a great place to start or continue your fitness journey, it'll change your relationship with exercise!
