I love the variety of instructors; the insight and knowledge I gain from each of them always seems to be exactly what I need at the moment. I love it when I can attend Teresa's classes! She is very helpful and extremely welcoming! I brought my boyfriend who suffers from scoliosis to one of her classes, and she was able to give him modifications that worked for him and still made him feel included with the rest of the class.

I recently attended a yoga class in Belize, and while the atmosphere was amazing, the class was lacking the exceptional instruction that is unique to the staff of Yoga430.

I recommend this studio to anyone and everyone!

I've been coming here for a few years and find it to be a calm, peaceful setting for my practice.
