I highly recommend booking a private yoga session with Yoga Kim!
Do it!
She is hands down the best.
When I started yoga years ago, I had no body mechanics and thought I was doing great… but I was dumping into the postures… trying to be ultra bendy. Then I found Kim and booked myself a private sesh with the goal to get upside down.
High five for that great decision!
Fast forward 6+ years… or is it 7 years now?! I’ve learned so much from Yoga Kim. It’s so much more than yoga… she’s like a physical therapist + anatomy teacher + yogi all in one. I appreciate her upbeat personality and wealth of knowledge on the human body.
Do yourself a favor and get some privates with her! Can’t recommend enough for someone with either an injury… or wanting to take their practice to the next level or wanting to get into handstands! She’s your girl.

Kim is an amazing teacher! She has decades of experience, not to mention an incredible eye for detail, that helps her students learn proper postures, breathing and technique. Her flows are always engaging, fun and unique. I also highly recommend taking her pelvic floor and inversion workshops.

This studio has super talented and experienced yoga instructors that will make you stronger, have better posture and do it all in a fun, energetic style. Great music, and a very welcoming and casual atmosphere. I highly recommend this studio for all ages and skill levels. Kim has helped me learn to properly engage my core, thereby significantly improving my overall strength and balance, which has been very beneficial for my other sporting activities. Love it!!

Kim is just amazing. The safety of her students is her top priority and she makes sure that her teachers are of the highest caliber to keep everyone safe, moving and happy! If you've had issues at other studios, this is the place for you!

Kim is an amazing yoga teacher! She knows body mechanics unlike anyone I’ve ever worked with and has helped me with my technique and address my back issues. I love how Kim keeps things lighthearted and gives permission for you to listen to your own body and make it your own practice. If you want a good sweat and left feeling like you got a quality workout, Kim and her team are the ones!
