This is such a cute studio with great instructors! All the hot pilates and hot sculpt classes here have high energy and I always get in a good workout. Definitely recommend coming here!

YogaSix is the best in the valley! Try the sculpt and signature series- you won’t be disappointed by any of their classes, but those are my favs. This studio has great lighting and all of the teachers care about their work. Very welcoming!

Ah what a beautiful place to do yoga, it's best to enrol in a month or a year if you plan to be around and never worry come any time to any one of the locations from nampa, meridian, and boise. There is classes all the time. Really nice teachers and a clean space.
