At 10.40.10 Fitness, we’re on a mission to build healthier people, stronger communities and an unbreakable Nation.
This mission begins with you.
We use a unique training structure that provides ample warm-up and cool-down time, with a safe and intelligent, military-tempo-based workout in between. It’s designed to reduce your risk of injury and get you into the best shape of your life.
We believe that by helping you accomplish your goals, you’ll pay that forward, encouraging others to become the best version of themselves, too. We also believe that if you help the person next to you, you’ll find improvement in yourself. So we build each other up, and strive for progress over perfection.

I’ve been a member at 10.40.10 fitness for 2 years now and going strong. I’ve done it all for years from CrossFit, F45, you name it. The coaching, community and methodology at this gym shines. I’d describe the methodology as CrossFit (no barbells here) meets f45, with functional bodybuilding mixed in. It’s wonderful! I’m in the best shape of my life and injury free at 40 years old and I’ve never looked better!!
Above all, the community of people here are incredible and positive. A great place to make friends. There’s always an abundance of high fives and smiling encouragement here.
The coaches are the glue that holds this place together. They drive the culture of positivity, motivation, and kindness. They will tailor their approach to people of all fitness levels. Old, fat, young, fit, injured, healthy, doesn’t matter. There is something for everyone here. All you have to do is show up and work hard. No judgement. Ever. You’ll be encouraged to grow stronger, be fitter, and become healthier here. My favorite gym I’ve been a member of. Come in, believe in yourself, be coachable, and work hard. You will see a difference in yourself!!

I recently completed a P40 challenge program, and it was incredibly rewarding. The workouts were varied, challenging, and designed to help you progress without feeling repetitive. The nutrition and meal planning was convenient and easy to follow. Most importantly, supportive coaches and community kept me motivated, and the focus on both exercise and nutrition helped me make lasting changes.
The program pushed me to achieve great results, and the visible improvements in my fitness kept me going. It’s the perfect mix of physical challenge and positive motivation—highly recommended if you're looking for real results and a supportive environment!

This is truly the best gym I’ve ever been a part of. I have learned so much about myself, my fitness and my nutrition. The Patriot 40 challenge didn’t feel like a strict, deprivation diet. It was information to make choices that positively influence your lifestyle. In 40 days I’m down 5 lbs, 4% body fat and up 2 lbs of muscle. Where do I begin? This gym has become my fitness home! The coaches are top tier, the members are some of the hardest working and most genuine people out there, and the workouts are truly designed to challenge you in whatever phase of your fitness journey you are in! Best fitness center I have ever been a part of and here is why:
Coaches/Staff – Can’t say enough about this group. Their knowledge, passion, friendliness and focus on form are off the charts. They get to know everyone by name, make you feel part of the community and push you to be better each and every day.
Community – They have created something special that it’s hard to put into words. People need to test drive it to understand it. It’s a place where the coaches/people push & encourage each other to become better together. An environment where you compete with yourself, not others.
Challenging -Every day the workout is different and challenging. They have built a system where it never gets boring or redundant. Their strength/stamina formula pushes you to the point when the workout is over, you feel a huge sense of accomplishment. That’s a great way to either start or finish your day.
Results- Though all the categories above are incredibly important, results tend to be the big barometer to stick with a fitness program. I started going to 104010 a little over a year ago with not a lot of expectation. I am amazed at my improvements in muscle gain, endurance and flexibility.
104010 is truly one of the highlights of my day.

I found my new fitness community. Since the first day that I walked through the doors I felt welcome. I am not an elite athlete, but I always give it 110%. The programming is always challenging and fun, the members are friendly and it’s a community where you feel the support for one another to help you reach your goals. The coaches are amazing and are very present during the workouts. They will push you and challenge you even if you want to quit on yourself or you think you don’t have anymore in the tank to give. I’ve missed this inclusiveness atmosphere and I’m very happy I found my new ‘home’.

It has been a couple of months since I’ve been part of the 10.40.10 community. I am so glad that I found this gym that truly wants to empower everyone to be a better version of themselves. Initially I started off with few classes per week and as weeks went by, I started to go in more often building consistency that the workout sessions have become part of my lifestyle and amazed to see changes in me. The coaches are incredibly supportive, ensuring we push ourselves and provide clear guidance. I joined early September. This morning I was not feeling it, but i had already signed up for class and not going in was not an option. I still made it in. I keep saying just take it one day at a time. Really loving my experience here. It’s been so uplifting, and completely different from anything else I’ve tried. It keeps me grounded and honest. Thank you! 🙏🏽🙌🏽 Coaches are extremely helpful! I also received a lot of support from members as were pushing though workouts. It’s something you just have to try out for yourself. Doesn’t matter what level of fitness you’re in, program is design to help you grow.

I can't say enough great things about 10 40 10. A friend suggested I come check out a class with her this summer and I've been hooked ever since. The coaches are top notch, giving lots of feedback, encouragement and advice. The members are super friendly and helpful, even at 5am! The workouts are challenging and what your body needs..I have noticed great changes in the short time I've been a member. Check it out!

If you're searching for a gym to help motivate you to reach your fitness goals, look no further than 10.40.10! The gym is pristine and has everything you need to get a killer workout. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and supportive and are constantly monitoring your form. Every day is a different workout (strength, cardio/endurance, core, full body) and they have different training cycles so you never plateau. It's great knowing that you're not just doing random workouts hoping for results. The workouts are very challenging but can be catered to any fitness level. Getting back in shape was a big goal of mine when I hit 50 and I tried out a few local gyms before committing to one. 10.40.10 was an easy choice as nothing else compared.
The positive and friendly atmosphere is so welcoming and makes showing up the highlight of my day! Even on days I have zero interest in working out I always feel a million times better just a few minutes in. Besides getting a good workout, it's fun to see your fitness friends that always put a smile on your face! I believe they offer two free trial classes, so send them a message and come see for yourself!

Amazing workouts! They change the focus every day intermixing strength and stamina, and also on different parts of the body. These workouts can challenge even the fittest, but are flexible enough to work for those of us who aren't as athletic either. I have worked out at a lot of different types of fitness centers over the years and definitely feel like these workouts are the most challenging and showing the best results. It's also nice that they post the workouts the night before so you know what to expect. Everyone is very friendly, and it's nice to have a great rapport and relationship with all of the trainers/owner/employees and many of the members. 104010 is also flexible enough to have different plans for people who come often or for those who drop in occasionally. Great place to workout!

I love 10.40.10! It’s not just a workout place but a community! When you walk in the front door there is always someone to greet you. I’ll TRY and keep it short because I can go on and on about how incredible this gym is. To start, every single coach is incredibly knowledgeable. They really know their stuff. The community is nothing short of a family. Most gyms can be intimidating to walk into as a new member. I felt welcomed with open arms from the very first day I walked into 104010. If I were to sum 10.40.10 in one word, it would be “balanced”. They have a fantastic fitness program that pushes you, in a healthy way. They’re goal is to keep you in fantastic shape, while maintaining your overall health. The coaches are friendly, the members feel like family - this is more than a gym, it’s a community. And hopefully they’ll start incorporating a 6:30pm night class, as well. It would be nice to have that option for more members to take advantage of.

Hey you know what… I give this gym a 5/5 but if I could… I’d give it an 11/10. The workouts are challenging yet doable. The coaches are smokin’ hot 🥵🔥 which makes it SO much more motivating to come at 5 am. This is the only gym I’ve felt comfortable in. I’ve met so many great people here and even some close new friends.

The gym is magical. I can’t say enough good things. Between the coaches, the people you work out with and the friendships you make, it will change your life. It’s a bunch of people with a common goal and a common interest, hanging out doing the same thing. What’s not to like?!
The workouts are HARD but everyone is willing to modify them for where you are in your fitness journey. While the Instagram and website seems intimidating, it's truly one of the most inviting environments you could be in.

So happy that they opened a second location in Glenview. Going to the gym isn't always fun, but the coaches at 10.40.40 do an amazing job to get you a great workout, but also make it fun. Ethan and Kelsey are great people make you feel right at home. I want a community when I choose a gym and this place fits the bill.
