Absolutely love this place! The studio is warm, welcoming, and spotless - every detail shows they truly care. The instructors are amazing - super knowledgeable, encouraging, and spot-on with alignment cues. The atmosphere is relaxing yet energizing, and the space itself just feels fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a clean, inviting, and top-notch hot yoga experience!

Been taking the 90 min yoga sessions for a few months now. These are exactly what you would expect for a 26+2 practice.
Clean studios. Great class times. Knowledgeable instructors that are willing to also teach before/after classes.
I also bike to these classes and there are bike racks right out in front of the studio which are very convenient.

I came to this studio for an incredible event! Hot Yoga + Live music + Charitable cause (Nat’l Multiple Sclerosis Society). Stacy Kaiser led an incredible class while local musicians - Paul Bolger & Mark Hague of Mr. Blotto played guitar. The staff, the setting, and the facilitation was all perfect!! Hope there will be more of these events in the future!!

105F Lincoln Park is hands-down one of my favorite places to sweat it out! The Inferno Hot Pilates class is intense in the best way—expect to be drenched, but leave feeling energized and empowered. Special shoutout to Coach Colleen, whose energy is absolutely contagious. Her encouragement, humor, and playlist make you want to push harder—even during burpees in 95° heat! If you’re looking for a supportive and motivating fitness community, this is the place.

I have been to 105f's lincoln park studio a couple times and I would say, this is not a comfortable place to practice hot yoga. Teachers and staff are very good, welcoming and friendly. However, the physical conditions are under acceptable. I have attended a mezzanine class where there were 17 people in the class and it was very hard to do the poses and not touch the sweaty person next to you. I have never been in a yoga class where there was such small room... At some point I just stopped trying to do the poses because I felt grossed out. Their big room was a little better space -wise but dirty. Locker room has only two shower stalls, so by the time you are able to take a shower, it is too late and you are dry already. Some feminine hygiene products in the locker room would be very nice too. (deodorant, a lotion etc) I will not be going back to this studio.

I love love love this studio! I had been doing reformer Pilates once a week and of course loved it, but was looking for a way to push myself during my workouts and 105F has done just that. The first class was humbling and pushed me to want to continue. The hot Pilates classes have allowed me to incorporate the practice I started, while upping the HIIT and full body detox in the hot room. The yoga is restoring and rejuvenating- especially after a long day of work sitting at a computer! The 1 hour or 90 minutes of a class is my me time that I refuse to skip. I leave feeling proud of myself, refreshed, and excited to go back the next day!

Hard to believe that one studio in the fitness space has so many great teachers, but somehow they have accomplished this at 105F. Nothing like rolling into the hot room on a cold morning and coming out feeling better than ever. Long live 105F!

Love this studio- and could not be happier with my experience. The teachers are all wonderful, and so is the community. I’ve been attending regularly for a little over and year, and it’s truly one of the best choices I’ve made for my mind and body.
Come give this studio a try, you won’t regret it!

I’m going on my 2nd month of having a membership here and this is the only studio that has gotten me to workout consistently because it’s so fun. Everyone is so friendly and positive towards each other and it makes it feel like a family. The instructors are so amazing and motivating. It truly feels like a judgement free place. I mostly do the inferno hot Pilates classes and they get you SWEATING. Such a great workout🙌🏼

I have been a member of this studio for four months and I absolutely love it. As a newcomer to Pilates, this studio was perfect for me. The instructors are very knowledgeable and encouraging. Their locations are also very convenient. I always look forward to attending their classes.

I’ve been taking hot yoga classes sparingly here and there over the past six months and had a class with Stacy Kaiser last night and it was fabulous. I’ll have to be taking her Original 90 from now on~

I have loved every single class I have taken here. The Lincoln Park studio is my favorite, although I go to all of them. It’s in an old theater and the small room upstairs is especially nice. I only do the Bikram classes and love the studios and instruction. The teachers are all kind, especially Aura (who radiates joy and gives a spiritual experience in the 26 + Tunes class). The classes are demanding and they will make you work really hard. Thank you for being here.

There is no better place to do hot yoga and IHP (Inferno Hot Pilates) than 105f. The hot yoga and IHP compliment each other perfectly. I have yet to be bored in over 10 years of attending classes. I have had a ton of great teachers over the years and it's just an wonderful place.

The yoga experience was decent. However the whole place especially the women changing room and the shower needed some cleaning and renovation. It was uncomfortable to change in a tiny bit almost 2sq ft room filled with more than 10 people and everything was just so old and not smell so good.

I was enjoying my first class at this location until the teacher ( I think she may be a manager) made a priority to embarrass me in front of everyone regarding my cell phone during class twice. I had no idea they were not allowed or else I wouldn’t have brought it in class. Any other yoga studio in Chicago I’ve been to either doesn’t care, will tell you not to have it during sign in, tell you not it have it at the beginning of class or with gently pull you aside and ask for you to put it away.
Wicker park and South loop are more welcoming locations from my experience as a new student.

Spacious yoga studio equipped with shoe racks, lockers, water fountain and showers. Conveniently located on Clark and Diversey. Experienced instructors and friendly members of all levels. Arrive early so you can change, get situated and chill before class. Love the OG 90 min class. It goes by quickly and you’ll feel amazing.

Terrible place. Stay away. Showed up to a class 2min late, staff literally told me to “Fu*# off, you showed up late.” Easily the rudest most awful and quite frankly ridiculous experience I’ve ever had with a gym anywhere

Molly was incredibly rude to me over the phone. I was a first time, new student and had questions about changing my booking and moving to a new day. It felt more like speaking to a corporate customer service rep than a yoga studio. I asked about using my class credit that said I had 30 days to use, And I was told, “I’ll have to speak to my manager and we’ll see where we can put you”. It’s the “put you” part for me. So rude.

This studio primarily offers Bikram style yoga which isn’t my personal favorite but decided to give it a try anyways. My first time entering the studio it smelled musty. Facility is pretty outdated and the locker room is small and not clean. Did the intro offer for $39 for 2 weeks. After the first class I decided this place isn’t for me. Asked if I could be charged for just a drop in class instead of the intro offer and they said no... disappointing.

If you're looking for good yoga, you're better off on your mat at home before wasting your money here. If you want an overpriced, ok workout sign up for a class, but for my money, I left feeling like I barely worked out not getting the physical release I needed, and the mirrors and instruction style distracted from the mental release yoga should give as well. I was excited to try this place and was sadly very disappointed.

Love this place! I’ve had Bikram seshes with 4 different instructors here and they’ve all been excellent at leading the classes. The main room is beautiful (the upstairs room is great too).
Excellent instructors. Great rooms. Clean. Showers. Towels. Water. Mats. What else could you even want?!

I am not typically a yoga person but I love this place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the workout is challenging and relaxing, especially on a these cold winter days. A tip to newcomers: bring lots of water and wear as little clothing as you feel comfortable in - you are going to sweat!!

After running a half marathon I wanted to stretch my muscles to avoid being very sore the next day. Bikram was exactly what I needed to relax my body from all the training. I took the class Smart 60 with James who I met when I checked in. He was welcoming and very calming through instructing the class. I normally take hot yoga classes and found this one challenging in that it stretched me beyond normal poses. I still have to adjust to the high temperature but I would go back again to try other classes.
The Best of 105F Bikram:
-Clean facility
-Quiet studio though located on busy Clark St.

The facility was nice and the instructors seemed pretty good. I think that this sort of thing is not for me. The yoga was really tiring and left me completely exhausted afterwards. I really had to drag myself here. Some people seem really into it though. Make sure you bring your own yoga mat and towel otherwise you have to rent them here.

Great yoga studio hidden in Lakeview. They have two studios a large room downstairs and a smaller one upstairs. Be prepared to sweat but you will leave feeling amazing. The practice is amazing and accommodates all yoga levels. The teachers are very good at what they do and can tell they love it! If you are looking for a nice, clean and experienced Bikram yoga studio I would recommend 105F.
