Just finished the 6 week challenge and MET MY GOAL! 17.2 lbs and 6.8% body fat loss! Great instructors who monitor your form and modify exercises as needed to prevent injury and accommodate your needs! Knowledgeable and enthusiastic! It's a great atmosphere!

I really cant say enough things about Stacke'd "618 CrosFit" I just completed the 6 week challenge and its truly life changing so far. My energy levels, and moral from the positive atmosphere just keep rising. The coaches Kenny and Kellen are always there for you pushing you to do your best and helping you to achieve your set goals. I lost 6% body fat overall so far and I cant wait to continue my journey through their CrosFit program to loose the next 6%.

I joined for their 6 week challenge and I’m so glad I did as their helpful advice and guidance have changed me for the better. Kellen and Kenny are super positive and supportive. The structured classes are perfect for me and the atmosphere is encouraging. CrossFit can be intimidating from the outside but once you’re there, it’s so worth it. It’s an amazing gym and I highly recommend giving them a shot!

The 6 week challenge seriously changed my life and got me back on track after several months of stress related to a close family member’s cancer diagnosis. The coaches are amazing. They really care about every member and make personal connections with the whole community. They always helped me learn proper technique on every move and workout to avoid injury and really make some serious gains. The meal plan was so easy to follow and came with many great recipes that I continue to use regularly! I cannot recommend the challenge and 618CrossFit enough!!!

Don’t waste your time doing things without having experience, here they have the experience and the things you need it for your body.
Meal planes as well if you internet having your own meal plan as your goals.
If you like group workout and have less experience of how to do some exercises like me , this is the right place and you will love it for sure ,
They have a good and flexible schedule to work out from morning as in the picture below .

It offers a 6 week challenge and if you meet your goal you get your money back but can join the gym , also they customize your food , exactly what you should eat for all your meals .Nice place and really nice guys there !

After all the talk about Crossfit, I never thought I would love one so much. I was very intimidated by Crossfit since I had no desire to participate in competitions or against other members, but there is no pressure in this gym to do so. The trainers are much more concerned about safety and technique. They are very encouraging and helpful. If you have an injury or find something difficult they will accommodate with different movements without hesitation. They don’t post your score or time for everyone to see. I love the idea of having a workout routine ready for me as I enter the gym and I don’t even have to think about it. It is a welcoming, family atmosphere. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone of any size or age.

I completed the 6 week challenge at Stack'd 618 Crossfit. The personal trainers are such gentlemen and very knowledgeable that it made this challenge a lot easier to achieve. Not only did I lose 12 pounds I lost 11 pounds of fat mass off my arms and thighs. proud to say I still go to Stack'd 618 in Carbondale three days a week & I love the changes I'm seeing- not only with my body but my lifestyle.

STACK'd 618 CrossFit is simply amazing! I joined their 6 week challenge in April and once it was over, I became a member! I love the welcoming environment and the supportive community. Our amazing coaches Kenny and Kellen are experts at what they do! They are the perfect balance between a "You got this" and a "Do Better!" By following the meal plan and attending at least 3 workouts a week, I lost 9lbs within the first 2 weeks! Joining the 6 week challenge was one of the best decisions that I made this year! I have found my fitness family!

STACK'd 618 CrossFit 6-week challenge has been one of the best fitness decisions we have made. I have personally realized that my fitness goals are possible with the right support, plan, and people. That's exactly what I got when I signed up for the 6-week challenge! Kenny & Kellen are great and make you feel like family from day one!
6:30PM class is where the party's at but all of them will have you begging for more!

This gym is like walking into the arms of family I didn't even realise I was missing... the atmosphere is highly encouraging and supportive. The workouts are all tiered for all levels of fitness and ensure safe workouts. I took part of their 6 week challenge and lost pounds, self doubt, and insecurity. I gained a bigger wardrobe of smaller clothing, friends, confidence, and a body that has shown me that it can in fact keep up with my kids!

Taking part in the 6 week challenge was a great decision for me. At age 47, I was somewhat skeptical that it would be a good fit. I couldn’t have been more wrong! I was given personal instruction to ensure I made it through each workout safely and effectively. Kenny and Kellen are great instructors and motivators. My life has definitely changed for the better. CrossFit has been one of the best decisions I have made. Day 1, I was curious as to what I was getting myself into and now it’s an addiction. I love the atmosphere and how everyone comes together. Kellen and Kenny are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, which is why I feel they are so successful because it truly shows day in day out. Not to mention both of their personalities. Definitely makes class more entertaining and exciting. I found it very helpful how they incorporate different variations to the workouts so that everyone is able to complete them. Even outside the gym, it has been fun interacting with members whether it be for coffee or a sunset concert. The motivation, accountability, and support from Kellen and Kenny is tremendous. There have been workouts where if I did them on my own I would have given up but at the gym they, along with all the members push me to do better and to compete the workout. I, also, value their importance of proper technique to avoid injury. I mean it wasn’t till I started coming to 618CrossFit that I realized I have done push ups wrong my whole life but even beyond that there have been certain lifts and whatnot that I had no clue what “proper” technique looked like. I truly appreciate Stackd 618CrossFit!

I did the 6 week challenge to lose weight. I lost 12 lbs. I never ever considered a crossfit gym. Now I have more energy, feel stronger, and feel better. Kudos to the coaches Kenny and Kellen for the modifications I need to do the workout. Happy this has become a routine for me. Everyone is so friendly. I recommend this for everyone.

From day 1 when I walked in the door for my first meeting with Kenny I felt welcome. People in the class were friendly and greeted me as if I had already been going there for some time. Kenny was well organized from the layout of the program all the way down to the meal plan. I will admit that the ad was a little misleading by saying it was free. Luckily for me I had the money up front, but know that some people do not. Kenny explained to me the reasoning behind the money was to hold people accountable and to be honest, it pushed me to keep going for the entire 6 weeks.
I thought the body scan system was awesome, but it was a huge wake up call for me. It showed me just how out of shape and unhealthy I was. It was hard for me to hear due to the fact that I was once a collegiate baseball player and Army soldier. I was always in peak physical condition. I knew that I would have to work hard to get back to that.
My first class was a 5 a.m. class. I quickly realized that I would never torture myself that early in the morning again 😂. For the next two weeks I just went through the motions. I was not fully in it. I thought about quitting. Every time I wanted to give up I would get a text or FB message from someone just to make sure I was coming to class that day. Kellen and Kenny always held me accountable in the workouts by pushing me to do better with each exercise and with my diet.
The atmosphere is like no other. You have people from all different walks of life that work together to achieve the same goal. Everyone pushes each other to be better than they were when they walked in the door. I have made new friends that I keep in touch with daily.
I can’t say enough good things about the challenge or the people. The challenge is just the start. It has completely changed my mindset and my lifestyle. I hope to be a lifelong member and see where this fitness journey takes me!

From the very first time I walked in STACK’d 618 the welcoming vibe was amazing. I started off in the 6 week challenge and every time I came I was becoming more addicted to Crossfit. Kenny and Kellen are fantastic coaches and very knowledgeable. The meal plan they have created is definitely effective. The passion they have for fitness oozes out of their pores it is not just a job to them and they sincerely want to help elevate you beyond the goals you have set for yourself and build your mental endurance. Each day that you walk into STACK’d 618 the WOD is different and challenges you a little more than before, it’s difficult at times but the family and encouraging atmosphere pushes you to complete what you started. They also moderate the workout to your fitness level. If your looking to not only improve your fitness but also feel comfortable in your skin as you workout, gain laughs and family this is definitely the place for you!

I took part in the 6 week challenge and was hooked. I absolutely love the gym and the workouts. Everyday that I step in there I am challenged but I am also encouraged.
