I've been training with Brian for a year now. Brian was very helpful in setting goals initially and incredibly patient with me as I made progress slowly. I can clearly see improvements in one year and Brian is meticulousin tracking the progress. He was also very supportive on some of the off days where I was not able to push myself.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone as a fitness trainer.

I've been working with Brian for a little over a month now and the difference in training from previous trainers is astounding. I'm not as sore the next day, but my workouts feel just as good. Brian focuses on low weight, high rep sets, form, and flexibility.
Not only is Brian knowledgeable about training, but he also provides a nutrition plan. He's nice, yet firm, won't make you feel bad for eating a slice of pizza, just remind you there's better things to fuel your body.
If you're new to working out or coming back from a break, Brian is there to help you with your goals.

I’m in my 2nd month of training with Brian and I am definitely seeing/feeling results. Being over 40, I love that he structures/individually tailors workouts/training for this age group. He’s extremely knowledgeable of everything pertaining to physical fitness, workout routines, diet and attitude.
He is working with me on developing the correct form when doing each series of exercises. He has introduced me to new workouts that are much more beneficial to my body as I age as well as improved my dietary choices. I am progressing each month and feel that I am heading in the right direction. I can’t say enough about how Brian has helped me improve my daily workout routine.

After working with one of those "20 minute" workout facilities and hitting a point where I felt I wasn't progressing, I came to After 40 Fitness. I have been working with Brian for about 9 months now and am proud of the progress we've made. The workouts are varied and never boring. My strength has increased as well as my confidence. Brian can even assist in getting your nutrition back on track. For a 55+ year old woman, I think I look darn good...oh, and my arms look way better than a certain former President's wife's ;)
