We offer 30 minute high intensity interval training classes that are a combination of cardiovascular and strength training. Hilary Meiring has helped guide me to not only look better but feel better. Exercise is not all working out, it is a lifestyle. Without really knowing what all the different exercises are doing for me, I have found myself to be more able to be active, happy, and ready to take on adventure. Something I would have let pass by 2 years ago. Medically my numbers for diabetes, cholesterol, and heart/kidney disease are non-existent. I love that my membership does not just get me a workout, it gets me a lifestyle and a person who cares about me enough to help get me there.

If you need a good jump start to an ongoing fitness regime come here!!! Hilary (personal trainer) is the best! She will help you achieve your fitness goal. The classes are small enough to still get that one-on-one personal trainer experience. There is never a dull moment and she keeps all the workouts unique. Best of all, if you need to see her before or after class to ask questions she's thereto help guide you through your technique!! So glad I've made it a 30 minute part of everyday!!!

I was not sure what type of beneficial workout I could get in 30 minutes, but I found that the classes at Fit Body Boot camp work! In fact, the results I achieved from working with Anna and Hilary kept me coming back! After our company relocated, I have been driving to and from Fox Lake for the past year because of the variety of workouts and again, the results I achieved. Being on the move again, I am going to miss Fit Body and everyone there, and I would highly recommend them to anyone, whether new to fitness, or looking to jumpstart your program!
