Agrazia is a wonderful Pilates studio! The classes and private sessions are fantastic. It is a beautiful space, the ambiance is lovely and peaceful and so sublime. I highly recommend practicing there. Amanda has created a state of the art Pilates space that is next level. The best!

I have been going to the Agrazia Studio since April 2024. Previously, I had no experience with Pilates. Through Amanda's guidance, I have made significant progress on my journey. Over the past seven months, my mobility has increased significantly, my core has become stronger, and I am no longer in any pain. Amanda is a fantastic trainer who communicates clearly, works with students to identify and address problem areas, and is extremely knowledgeable about Pilates and mobility matters. I can't recommend Agrazia enough! Amanda is an incredibly intentional and supportive instructor. She tailors the exercises to my level and offers excellent cues and feedback throughout each class. My stretch therapy sessions have also been fantastic; Amanda targets my problem areas, and I always leave feeling loose and relaxed. The studio itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and clean. Overall, an exceptional experience!

Excellent Pilates instruction and classes. Facial stretching with certified stretch-to-win therapist also available. Very pleasant studio environment. Super experience. Amanda is very knowledgeable about movement patterns. In addition to a great workout every time, have been able to improve mobility in a targeted way. Have had tremendous success maintaining and improving upon low back pain and hip immobility with her. This isn't just a workout class - Amanda brings deep fundamental understanding of how the body works to the studio (if you are interested in that). Each session is different and customized - I am never bored - and always satisfied. A session here is always an hour well spent!

Wish I would have started pilates years ago. It has completely transformed my health. I thought at the age of 56 that I was unable to grow stronger. Even with dedication to my fitness routine, my balance began to challenge me and I was experiencing pelvic floor issues common for many moms. I was invited by my dear friend to take a pilates class with her and the rest is history. Literally. My balance is excellent now, strength has increased and other issues have completely disappeared. I feel more confident about my health. My advice: just try it. You will see what I mean.

Exhale Pilates has been transformative for me, and Amanda, the instructor, deserves all the credit for making it so exceptional. Amanda's expertise and dedication to her craft are unparalleled. She has a deep understanding of Pilates principles (both classical and contemporary) and she expertly tailors each session to my individual needs. Amanda pays close attention to proper form and alignment, which creates a safe environment to push boundaries while preventing injuries.

I joined Exhale Pilates about a year ago and haven't missed a weekly session since. This private studio is a hidden gem! Amanda is a fantastic instructor and has a deep understanding of how the muscular and skeletal system works. I have multiple disc disorders in my back which has limited my daily activities in the past. Amanda helped me restore the strength and flexibility that my body needed to regain following two major surgeries. Through Pilates with her I’ve been able to improve my core along with the small and large muscle groups that work to support my overall physical health. Amanda is an amazing instructor and owner. She is so innovative and every workout we do is completely different. She makes every session fun and really pushes me. My other workouts have improved so much from the flexibility and breathing techniques I gain and learn from Pilates. Pilates is such an integral part of my healthy lifestyle and Amanda is extremely knowledgeable and caters the workouts to what your body needs.
