Our 6th grader has been going to AIM for a few months now, and we have noticed his gains. Cody does a wonderful job catering his program to young athletes, and his staff works wonders with kids. Our son's confidence is at an all-time high, and he is learning what it takes to put in the necessary effort to improve as an athlete. Highly recommend for any family wanting an off-season program or a workout that is specific for your child's needs.

My son has been going to AIM for 2 years, ages 16-18. He loves it and we, his parents, love it! As a baseball player, my son has trained, including strength training, at five or more different places throughout the years. Aim is outstanding, hands-down. The personal attention he receives, and the personal customization to his program is unmatched. As soon as Cody hears there’s a different need for his playing or development, he immediately adjusts to help Anthony improve in that area. Cody‘s understanding of what an athlete needs is absolutely amazing. We’ve come to be skeptical of many places, but we absolutely, fully trust Cody and the staff at AIM Sports Performance. You will not regret training there.

My son loves AIM. As a high school basketball player AIM designed a program to make him stronger. They seem to take a wholistic approach to strength and not specific to a sport or activity. Overall he has gotten stronger and his game has benefited from the new strength. It has also been a good place for him to learn about recovery and the benefits of that as well.

We brought our son JT to AIM for him to train to improve strength and quickness, but above all else, we wanted him to gain strength in a way that would help him avoid injury. Cody came through as he set JT up with programs specific to helping prevent injuries that he had in the past. The environment at AIM must be tremendous as JT loved going there. AIM was a big contibuter to a a phenominal Senior season for JT. He did not miss a single play due to injury and was voted Conference Defensive Player of the Year. We highly recommend AIM.

My son started working out at AIM 4 years ago and has enjoyed every minute at the facility. Cody designs a program for each athlete to help them best achieve their goals for their respective sport. Cody has always been more then accommodating with last minute time changes and making sure any missed sessions are not lost. Cody also took on my daughter’s 13U travel softball team and helped them get ready for the upcoming season. He was able to keep all 12 girls focused and challenged during their sessions. So if your looking for individual or team training AIM Sports Performance is second to none!

My son started training with Cody at AIM five years ago as a 7th grader. What I appreciate most is Cody's approach to train each athlete with their specific goals, sports, and physiological needs in mind. Over the last five years, I have seen my son continuously improve as a pitcher. His in season training and recovery methods have also helped my son avoid injury and stay strong throughout each season.
On top of this, Cody is a genuinely good person who cares about each athlete's well being and success. According to my son, he is also really fun to be around and makes hard work and training enjoyable.

AIM Sports Performance has been a GAME CHANGER for our daughter! She has been training at AIM for about 4 years now and not only has her time there been transformative and improved her athleticism and strength, but AIM has also become her Happy Place! She has truly enjoyed the community at AIM and looks forward to her workouts!
Cody and his team have such a personalized approach and care deeply about their athletes. In addition to strength and agility, Cody has helped us through injuries over the years and injury prevention too. Without AIM, I don’t believe our daughter would have reached her goal of playing D1 Volleyball.

As a professional golfer, understanding how to workout for both power and injury prevention was very important for me. AIM Sports Performance taught me how to do both. Over my first year of training together I not only got stronger but have been able to apply that power into other areas of my game. From more club head speed to greater stability in my golf swing. I’ve noticed better conditioning over the season and have been able to play better longer. I’m super happy with the results. 5 Stars all around for AIM Sports Performance...if you have a son or daughter planning to play at the next level I highly recommend partnering with Cody and his team at AIM Sports Performance, the training plans he put together for my daughter combined strength, speed, agility and endurance. They were foundational when she transitioned from a high school athlete to a collegiate athlete. She was more then prepared. He's always willing to work with her schedule, the atmosphere is great and having access to recovery tools is an added bonus.

I started training at AIM back in 2020, and it was hands down one of the most beneficial decisions that I have made in my athletic career to date.
Coming in, I did not have any experience with well-rounded training. I was very unaware of what I had been missing and did not know where to start. Cody’s programs have not only helped to steadily build my athleticism/strength over the years, but also my confidence in/love for the gym. After reaching my goal of playing at the D1 level in college, AIM’s staff has continued to push me to achieve my collegiate goals.

I cannot say enough about how AIM & Cody positively transformed my life.
Athlete- Cody started training me when I was 17 years old. I came into the program vertically challenged, slow, and stiff. After Cody’s initial assessment of me he designed a plan that was tailored to MY needs, not just a generic plan. He does the same for all of his athletes. This plan directly addressed my weaknesses as well as it was curated to help me reach my goals. After the first program I saw progress and I was hooked. Cody knew my body better than I did. He was there every single training session and this essentially allowed me to progress into becoming a D2 NCAA basketball player. Without Cody & AIM I don’t think I would ever be able to achieve my goals.
Employer- After college I decided I wanted to pursue a job in strength and conditioning and Cody taught me everything I know about training. Everyday was a lesson. He taught me how he assessed athletes, how he wrote sessions, and the day to day understandings of what comes with being a gym owner. He showed me that it is possible to have a healthy balance of fun environment as well as hard work. I cannot thank Cody enough for everything he has done for me.

I highly recommend AIM Sports Performance. All of my children have trained here at some point over the years, and each has had a wonderful experience. Each of my children played vastly different sports, and their training routines were tailored to their sport and their goals. Proper form is paramount at AIM - incredibly important when wanting to not only gain strength, but prevent injuries. Athletes are well supervised in a fun, welcoming environment. Whether someone wants to just get more fit, or play D1 athletics, AIM can accommodate them. Highly recommended.

I have been training at AIM Sports Performance for about 5 years now. My individualized workouts, programmed to my own strengths and weaknesses, have allowed me to not only progressively improve as a basketball player, but also an overall athlete. The key thing that I believe sets AIM workouts apart from others, is their ability to maximize strength while also maintaining speed and explosiveness. After going through two major injuries, AIM became a huge part of my recovery and current fitness level.

I’ve been working with Cody for 10+ years now & it’s very safe to say he changed the trajectory of my basketball career. I have been an athlete training at AIM close to 8 years. Additionally, I have been working with Cody, founder/owner, for a decade. I have been able to watch the AIM community grow, that growth is an attributed to countless things. A few of those key things are Cody himself. Knowledgeable, professional, hard-working are just a few of his attributes. Another key is personalization. AIM allowed me to become the best athlete I possibly could be. They helped in my athleticism, speed, and especially strength. In return, that effort put in training resulted in me playing college basketball. The final key to AIM is the atmosphere there. I’ve met a number of great friends throughout my time there. These are your typical friends, however. Training at Aim has been nothing but amazing. I started going to AIM after my Junior year of high school.
