I had a great experience at this studio. As a first-time participant in aerial yoga, I found Kylee to be an excellent instructor—both helpful and informative. She created a welcoming environment that made me feel comfortable and at ease, without any pressure or rush. Despite some challenges with parking that evening, Kylee was accommodating and flexible with our class start time to ensure everyone could participate. Overall, the experience and atmosphere were outstanding.

I absolutely LOVED the Aerial fitness/yoga class!! Allison is so amazing. She made the whole experience fun, supportive, and easy to follow. I felt confident and inspired the entire time. Can't wait to come back!!!

After 80 classes, and 3 studios, I can say I love it here. If you're looking for a great time and a work out that turns you upside down, you found the place. All the teachers are wonderful and make it accessible to everyone. The owner is definitely accommodating and responsive to questions.

This studio provides such a welcoming atmosphere for everyone to get a good workout, challenge themselves, and have fun - no matter what level! I have taken at least one class with each instructor and they are all fantastic. They cue lots of modifications for different skill levels. The owner, Allison, is wonderful and also teaches. I started as a complete beginner and now love attending Christy’s intermediate class to learn new poses and transitions. Highly recommend to everyone! Photos of fun poses I’ve recently advanced to / learned.

Place was clean with bathroom and water available. Good overall environment. The instructor was funny, on the other hand, the class felt rushed and the music was extremely explicit!

I did a private class here for my bachelorette & really loved it! My girls & I had a really fun time. We laughed, & learned a lot. Today we are definitely feeling it 😆 Alison was our instructor & she was great! This was a really fun thing to do & we enjoyed it a lot.

Love this studio! All of the instructors are welcoming, kind, and helpful. Classes are easy to sign up for and there are lots of different types and times available. It’s not just a yoga studio but a wonderful community of people who lift each other up.

So much fun and relaxing! Ally was a great instructor that made us feel good as a beginner. Wish I could go more often bc it’s a bit far for me… but if you are in the area I 100% recommend!

I absolutely love this place. It’s a bit far from where I live so I have only been a few times. The few times I have been able to attend I have gone to Alison’s Barre class, I try to come wherever it is offered. She is so welcoming and friendly and I feel truly comfortable at the classes. She makes it so everyone can participate and I think that’s something that sets AIR aside from other studios.

I love this place! Aerial yoga was a first for me so I was hesitant at first but they have classes for all levels, including an intro class. I’ve had 3 different instructors so far and they were all so motivating and supportive. They offer various moves to adjust the workout if you need. It’s a judgement free, feel good attitude in the studio. I can’t wait to keep coming back!

Aerial is the best decision I’ve made for myself this year. I never thought I would find a studio or workout that could make me look forward to every session! Aerial Fitness is the perfect blend of HIIT, pilates, barre, yoga and most importantly - FUN!
There are a variety of classes available - whether you want to work up a sweat, or have a recovery session to reset your week. Class packages are available to fit with any work schedule and signing up for classes through the app is seamless. The studio is a judgment free zone and the instructors really take the time to work with each student at every level to reach their goals.
No matter how difficult the workout is, everyone still walks out smiling so you know Allison and her team are definitely doing something right. ☺️ I’m so grateful to have found this gem! ❤️

Always been a fan of yoga and its variations. From flow to foundations sessions. There’s a class for everyone. Don’t have a mat? They’re provided, can only go every so often? Single and multiple class passes are available. The instructors are kind and I appreciate the different workshops available to try something new or meet new people. I’m not the most extroverted person but each time I’ve gone it’s been a nice experience and a fun way to get some movement and energy out!

I have been coming to this studio since it opened. I absolutely love this place and the trainers. The studio is clean and well kept. Each trainer offers a great workout with PLENTY of options to meet you wherever you are physically (and mentally) that day. They are very attentive and are willing to help you achieve whatever you are trying to work towards. I cannot not rave about this studio enough!

I’ve been going to Air Naperville for about a year and a half now and have taken over 100 classes—and I can honestly say it’s been amazing! I’m stronger than I’ve ever been, and it’s not just my physical health that’s improved—my confidence has too.
The studio has such a welcoming, judgment-free vibe. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, which makes it easy to feel comfortable no matter your age, body shape, or fitness level.
If you’re looking for a great workout and an even better community, I can’t recommend Air Naperville enough!

I love this place, the atmosphere, the people - it’s fun and sweaty, just like a fitness studio should be. You can choose between different types of classes, whether you’d like to sweat or stretch and relax. I prefer to sweat, so I choose Foundation classes. All trainers are great and very friendly. Allison is amazing and Cristy will kick your butt! Definitely recommend!

Great place! The ambience is perfect, very relaxed, smells good-except sometimes the ribbons smell awful from sweat-thankfully, they wash them once a week. Heather is hands down my favorite instructor! She is so sweet, patient, plays the most relaxing music, gives clear direction and keeps the classes at the level they are supposed to be. She is the reason I continue to stay with this business. One minor issue is they only put out the schedule one week at a time and it's on Sundays, so panning can be difficult. Also, there are approximately 2-3 classes offered each day.

Great place for aerial! The studio is super spacious and never get too crowded. I took classes with Alison and Amy. The air foundations with Amy was a HIIT class with a circuits move at the end. Super fun and got great instructions. Others may be more yoga flow (vs HIIT).
Only improvement needed is the fabric smells sweaty, prob needs a washing soon.
There’s a free parking garage right next door.

Have you ever been to a fitness class and felt like you were back in middle school PE? This is so NOT that. The instructors at AIR are kind, positive, gently encouraging, and fun! The classes are just just under an hour, and they pack some incredible routines into those 50 minutes. You work to your own abilities, and the instructions are wonderful at giving plenty of options on each routine!
Located in the heart of downtown Naperville, it’s the perfect location to workout, then head over for coffee/lunch/dinner afterwards!
The first time I came in, I was ready to get some aerial yoga on, but quickly realised this was not that, lol. By the time class was over, I felt amazing, and kept on coming back for more. Maybe it’s love, maybe it’s Stockholm syndrome, but these workouts have improved my overall mood, confidence, and self-image.
I greatly look forward to the new classes in the upcoming months, and am so happy to have this place as part of my daily routine!

Awesome time at AIR aerial fitness in Naperville. The studio is clean, nice and new. Lots of hammocks and small size classes to keep you safe. Definitely came into class thinking I was in good shape and left sweaty and satisfied. Glad we went out of our way to check this place out!
