This is a great gym for those who like privacy and no distractions during your workout. It is clean, machines are all in working order, and Antonette is very kind and helpful. Very responsive to any and all questions. The is even a book of meals and workouts that are available for you to use if you need it! Highly recommend joining. Family rate is a great deal as well!

I was offered a free pass to visit the McHenry gym. A representative reached out to me to set up a time to claim my pass then stopped all communication before confirming my appointment. Terrible customer service and waste of my time. I signed up for Planet Fitness instead
Update: I was contacted finally but they didn't reach out till 8pm at night. I expressed my disinterest in joining their gym only for them to contact me yet again after 10PM to tell me that my Google review was unwarranted but they'd still like me to give them a chance. Now that was unwarranted. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate behavior.There is a proper time for a business to reach out to someone and it certainly isn't after 10pm!

I am a member of a nearby commercial gym that is consistently overcrowded, making it difficult to complete a workout. Going into summer those places will be even more crazy. My experience at Aira McHenry this morning was exceptional, thanks to a staff member who accommodated me for an appointment before work. The facility is open 24 hours a day, pristine, private, NEW and offers lockers and uninterrupted access to equipment. I strongly recommend it to everyone! They also have an open space to use as a functional training room.

Antonette has been the most helpful trainer I have ever had in my journey to get healthy and fit. Always is very positive and motivating during and even after my workouts. Has helped me with meal planning as well as checking in on me. Already seeing results only after 3 weeks.

Gym has been updated on all new equipment and just went under a complete transformation! Gorgeous! Has all one needs to get a great workout with tons of machines and modalities. Has a spacious extra bonus room to do mobility, stretching etc. with boxing bag, tires, boxes for functional training. Check them out! They are open 24/7 too!

This is the absolute worse gym in the world. It is super overpriced, and the owner of the gym just makes up her own prices to whatever she wants. There is no flat rate or a certain rate for whatever you want to do at the gym. People could be paying over $100 difference for the same service. It's ridiculous and crazy how this place hasn't been shut down. The owner is so convincing at first and says that they will help you throughout the journey. Although it's true in the beginning a couple weeks later, the owner is hard to contact and isn't very communicative. Your better off going to another gym and getting more bang for your buck by a lot. The owner only wants to get your money and nothing else. Telling you misleading information. The place is absolutely dirty especially in the bathrooms. The weight equipment isn't even bolted to the ground and can tip over at anytime if not used properly. Which makes it dangerous for first time gym people. Absolutely horrific experience at this gym.

Impossible to cancel
Membership had to freeze cc and still managed to charge when we unfreezed. Even had to change cc number and idk how we were still charged!!! New credit card!!

Had a membership here for about a year we had to cancel due to moving due to their cancellation policy I will be having to pay for a full month service that I will be unable to use. Outside of that decent facility most of the equipment is in working condition but is old likely secondhand but mostly functional owners seem to be attempting to DIY everything so there are the typical issues associated with that flooring falling apart bubbles in the rubber flooring transition strips loose cleanliness is not terrible but intermittent. Overall enjoyed my time as a member despite stated issues

yes Yes YES! For the longest time I’ve been looking for a gym that is local and gives me the privacy in my workouts and attentiveness towards the goals. The management of this facility along with the employees make it their upmost priority to keep the gym and equipment clean and don’t hesitate to throw in a tip or two to make your workout routine the best it can be. I definitely recommend investing in this place.

After the recent remodel, this gym has totally upgraded. Pictures on Google don’t even compare to what the newer space looks like. Attention to detail and cleanliness is important to note here. Compared to a gym that is more packed, it’s so nice to be able to come into a space where I am able to use the machines and never wait for them. Overall great space and great staff I will continue to support this gym! 🙌🏼

Great gym to workout at. It may not be the most up to date facility but it has the right equipment for the right price. I'm not in to posh workout facilities where your not aloud to grunt or drop a bead of sweat on the floor. I'm in to getting it done and putting in work without interruption.
