I’ve been seeing Tom for about 4 months. Started after PT ended for knee reconstruction surgery to help continue to build strength in my legs. Tom is very knowledgeable on recovery strength training and beyond that just a super fun guy to be around. Week after week I come in unmotivated to work out and he pushes me through every time. Anyone looking to better themselves in overall health, I would highly recommend seeing Tom.

He has been my one on one coach for online weekly strength training workouts for the last five years. He pushes you gently from where you are to where you want to get to. This has been the perfect compliment to my yoga and tai chi practice.

Tom is not only professional and clearly qualified, but each workout is specifically critiqued to you and what you need. The gym space itself is well equipped and clean. Each session is individualized and Tom is able to quail any feelings of self consciousness you may have right away. This is not only the place to go if you want to see physical results, as you will also feel better mentally. Oh, and be sure to give the gym pup lots of love, he’ll be your motivation on hard days and I’m pretty sure he’s Tom’s secret weapon. 5 stars isn’t enough for this 10 star trainer.

Tom at Alchemy Training and Fitness is an amazing personal trainer! I always hated going to the gym and felt insecure when I went into one. Tom let me come to his place and check it out and understand what he wanted to do to help me feel comfortable! It’s a private gym and you are the only client there (unless you want someone to join you) when working out and it has helped me overcome that fear of a gym. It is really nice that it’s only the two of you and working towards a goal of a better, healthier, more energized you.

From day one he doesn’t make you feel bad for whatever size you are. He goes over everything that needs to be changed like possible diet, how many times you work out and how to make you more comfortable in yourself. I personally never thought I would continue working out and feeling genuinely confident in my self. I honestly look forward to my work outs and when I’m not up for one he is right there understanding and trying to help me out in the best way he can. He is a huge supporter of you and is genuinely an amazing guy. I’m so thankful to have met him and to be continuing my sessions with him! I’ve never felt so happy going to workout and finally finding myself in it as well.

Tom has been great at challenging me to become consistent with my weightlifting journey. After going to Him 2x a week and the gym 2x a week I was really able to build up my muscle mass. Tom is the best! He cares so much for his clients and holds you accountable when it comes to maintaining a healthy diet, exercise routine, lifestyle, etc. Every time I have worked out with him, it is always a fun time and I leave the workout rejuvenated. I have had some labrum issues in my right arm due to volleyball and he has shown me exercises to help strengthen it and regain some of the muscle back. I would 1000% recommend.
