About the Club

All in Motion (AIM) is a welcoming environment for all fitness levels. We can enhance everyone’s performance whether you are a top athlete, are just starting your fitness journey or have limitations.
AIM has two types of classes that form our identity: Small group strength training (SGST) and Conditioning.
Ever wonder what it feels like to have a personal trainer? SGST is a near private group that performs in the same capacity as private training. SGST is a structured, progressive program that involves lifting, pushing and pulling weights through a series of controlled body mechanics. Our conditioning workouts are total body workouts that utilize the latest HIIT and endurance training techniques. We are also MyZone providers.

I've had an excellent experience at AIM. The gym is always so clean! Classes with Robin and Amy were equal parts challenging and adaptable to meet you at your fitness level- push where needed and modify to focus on form. I appreciate their attention to detail. The class sizes are small to ensure form and technique or locked in. As a physical therapist, it's great to see a gym that focuses on the right stuff, and they do that here at AIM!

I tried many (all of the?) gyms in the west loop and this place is perfect. You can get a good mix of heavy strength training and conditioning. The instructors are thoughtful, kind, tough and keep an eye on your form (thank you Amy and Robin!). The programming is thoughtful. The classes are small with lots of individual attention. Most importantly it’s just a great, welcoming group of people and a community Im very happy to have found.

This is such a wonderful gym. The trainers are all seasoned professionals; they are very attentive to form and are really good at providing modifications. The gym equipment is clean and well cared for. I take the conditioning classes which incorporate a lot of strength building, and I am always drenched in sweat and super happy at the end of every class.

The owners/trainers have been everything an ex-athlete could want: knowledgeable, accommodating, they hold you accountable, and tailor workouts to your specific needs and wants. Very happy I found this gym!

There is no place like AIM and that is all because of Amy and Robin. The community here is unmatched. I have been taking classes with Amy and Robin for several years. A little over a year ago I got a job much further from the gym, and decided to search for a more convenient location. I tried about six other gyms and was not very happy at any of them. I was not motivated in the same way that I had been with Amy and Robin nor did I feel the same kind of support and encouragement. They are also very knowledgeable and helpful during the workouts to make sure you are safe and get the most out of each class. I decided it was worth the drive and time to get back to AIM. I came back the beginning of June and I feel so much happier now !

First time at this Gem (pun intended) and it was excellent. Amy and Robin were superb trainers and the other gym members were friendly with positive attitudes, looking at you Lisa : ) . Clean facility with a locker and shower area. Lots of light and machines, including free weights. Would highly recommend!!

I live in the suburbs. I work in Streeterville. There are dozens of gyms that are more convenient for me, but I continue to go out of my way for the great workouts, trainers and community at All In Motion. A small gym where every member is important and looked after. If you live or work in the West Loop, it's a no-brainer. Highly recommend.

Nice space, modern equipment and most importantly clean lockers. Trainers are knowledgeable and professional. The small group setting allows for a lot of attention. Great gym! I'd give six stars if I could.

My favorite gym in Chicago. The owners take great pride in their facility as shown by its cleanliness and the quality of equipment. The schedule is a thoughtful balance between conditioning and strength, with no two workouts alike. You have access to everything from kettlebells, to rowers, to squat racks, to stationary bikes, to TRX (the list goes on). There is noticeable attention to detail with calculated emphasis on specific muscle activation to maximize performance and recovery. Other than the trainers and facility, what really separates AIM from other gyms is the community aspect. This isn’t a high volume gym. With workout classes topping at 5 enrollees, you won’t be standing shoulder to shoulder with your fellow classmates β€” who happen to be normal, charismatic people with a passion for fitness.

All in Motion (AIM) is a great gym with a strong sense of community. The space has quality equipment and plenty of room for classes/training. The trainers and owners are very welcoming to all members and guests. AIM offers small group strength training and conditioning classes, allowing its members to challenge themselves in a variety of ways. If you’re looking for a gym that has talented and friendly trainers ready to help you hit your individual fitness goals, I would recommend checking out AIM.

Clean workout facility with an extremely welcoming staff! Workouts are unique from total body conditioning to strength, targeting different muscle groups in a very strategic and unique way, usually consisting of 4-5 stations with the ability to keep track of heart rate and calories burned through myzone. The 50-minutes classes move by quickly with the various exercises, upbeat music, and friendly, helpful instructors. Definitely seeing results on my conditioning and overall fitness. I can’t recommend enough!
