Whoever is the girl that is not Hannah is super rude. The other day I came in to ask a simple question and she made Hannah stop cleaning (which she is always doing) to help me, while this blonde girl was doing nothing but be on her phone. She didn't even say hello to me. Whoever she is, someone needs to talk to her about customer service

Extremely disappointed on how I was treated at this location.
The lack of information and communication the Owner Yousef provides to his manager Hannah is extremely poor.
I was there 2 weeks ago to sign up with my insurance and I was given a key fob but today Hannah informed me that Yousef (the owner)
Just decided to change the rules and now wants to charge a one time fee( refundable if I cancel which I won’t) of $49 for the key fob that I already have!

They already make money by being in this program and now they want to make extra money.

If you have ANY health insurance through work, DO DO NOT COME HERE.

There are plenty of other location that do follow rules and don’t scam their customers.

I’ve been coming to this gym for a few years and recently noticed a huge improvement. I had left feedback before about things like cleanliness and towels not being restocked—but I said it out of care, hoping to see the place thrive. And wow, it really has!

Rena was such an amazing manager and trainer—she kept the place in great shape . You could really feel the care she put into keeping things running smoothly. After she left, there was a noticeable gap. The district team did what they could, but it’s clear now how important it is to have solid leadership in-house.

Since Hannah came on board (along with another hardworking team member— I wish I knew her name because she deserves credit!), the difference is honestly night and day. The gym is cleaner, towels are always stocked, and staff greet you with a smile 😊. I also love how they support members on social media—it makes the vibe feel more personal and positive.

Overall, huge kudos to the new team. You’ve brought the energy back, and it’s noticed & appreciated 💯👏

This place honestly sucks. Accessories like rack dip belt and grips goes missing, benches are crooked to the point where if you bench it’s terrible for your rotator cuff, machines have loose, missing hardware that also impacts form and hurt,no chalk being allowed(???), step masters being damaged

You’re better off going to north Aurora, because whatever that extra fee they charge you in the fall aint going into anything at this facility

Went to the facility in north aurora- can bench 315lbs easy. But if i bench here? I feel my rotator cuff discomfort with 225 or less

My home gym is Oswego but I like to visit this one once in a while to hit certain machines.
The place is always clean.
The thing I like about the most is the music that is played.
You will hear Christian music bumping. Awesome way to spread the word of God.

This is probably the worst gym in the area , if the equipment is broken it takes them months to get it fixed, vending machine does not work at all, owner is cheap as hell and hires incompetent people to replace damaged flooring. Also not to mention they had a homeless guy living there and it took them a couple weeks to notice to finally kick him out. Their pricing is ridiculous charging 35$ a month when every gym is offering lower monthly memberships.

I go to 4 different Anytimes in the Aurora/Naperville area as well as about 15 others around the country as I travel. This location is by far the best. It's the furthest in the area from my house but it's worth the drive. This location is the biggest, has the best equipment and is the absolute cleanest. The staff are constantly cleaning. Most other Anytimes are always dirty, messy and things are broken. They have great trainers as well who are always working with clients.

I have gone here a few times so far and once with my boyfriend. We both really like it. Shockingly it had quite a few people in last night (8/3/23) but everyone was super nice. During the day customers are nice as well. 💜 The manager and the trainer I have met are also very friendly and will help you with any questions you have. I was transferring from one city to Aurora and the manager jumped on it and had me transferred in less than 48hours… I think it may have even been less than 24hours. If you want a place that you can go workout and feel safe and comfortable to ask questions? This is the place.

When I started a membership at this location we set up specific days for my membership fee to be taken out of my account. This location takes early payments from me every month so I’m left with a $40 fee from my bank that I have to pay every month. I am having my bank reverse and block any future charges from this company and I will also be breaking my yearly membership plan with this location.

I have been a member of this gym for over a year and a half. Pre-COVID it was 5 stars.
A decrease in a star not due to the gym, but the members who refuse to wear a mask. I returned to the gym after becoming fully vaccinated and would not be there had I wasn't.
The expectation is to wear a mask outside of the time you are engaging in extraneous work outs (i.e. running, heavy lifting, etc). Very few walk in or walk through the gym with masks. Thankfully people are good about wiping down the machines after use with plenty of disinfecting wipes in the club.
Brina is a great, she wears a masks at all times, friendly, and is always disinfecting the place.

Probably one of the better gyms I’ve been to. I always enjoy my workouts! To the women named Laura that gave this place a one star review, you should probably go workout during staffed hours. The bathrooms are always kept clean whenever I go and I’ve never had a problem with them.

Never crowded, always friendly folks working out of all ages, shapes, sizes and skills. I love the Tues/Thurs night yoga classes! I am so happy they start at 8pm. Most classes at gyms start too early in the evening for me to make it after work.

Membership entitles you to one meeting with the very knowledgeable trainer who really made great efforts to contact me and find a day/time to meet that fit my crazy schedule.

Because the gym is so close to home and many of the stores, restaurants I frequent, and mostly because it is 24 hr access, it is very easy to get workouts in.

Place would be amazing if they took away the aggressive “trainer” they have going around harassing you. I have been to multiple gyms and I’ve never had such a problem like in this location. Avoid it unless you’re ready to argue on why you are not interested in a trainer and if you were YOU WOULD SIGN UP FOR IT! NO NEED TO GO AROUND HARRASING PEOPLE WHILE THEYRE TRYING TO WORK OUT!! Can’t believe they condone this behavior. Has happened more than once by the same “trainer”!!! Not just to myself, I know two other people that avoid this location for the same reason!!!!!!

This place is a serious, substantial investment in West Plaza. It's a real gym, with real dumbbell weights, real squat racks, cable machines, a full studio space, TRX cables, stairmasters (2!) , and places to shower. Bravo!
