The worst fitness center I have ever used. The only reason I go there sometimes is because it is closer to my house. It is dirty. You could see all the dust on the treadmill. All the treadmills have issues. The TV control on most of the treadmill don't work. One of the treadmill has issues with setting (you cant manually set your pace). Lot of time, the toilet in the bathroom is not operational. I heard that the staff who used to take care of the gym was so disgusted with the owner (for not spending money to fix the bathroom and other equipments) that he left.

I go to Gym early morning and probably a drunk guy was hiding inside the gym. He screamed at me and Ieft immediately as I felt the threat. Anytime fitness aurora has gone worse over time. I will never recommend anyone to join Aurora facility. There is also no owner of the location and the washrooms are always closed!!!

Worked out here several years ago and had a good experience. Recently I’ve been trying to sign back up but they have not gotten back to me and do not answer the phone when I call. Unfortunately, I will have to sign up elsewhere.

Decent Facility. They have 1 PowerMill and it can get used up during busy times of the day. They have about 5 TreadMills which is great. They have all other basic equipment. Some of the equipment are currently not working and there seems to be some issues with the restrooms. The good part is, there is a change in Management and hopefully, the new Management fixes these soon. Cost is about 23 bucks for 2 weeks. And there is a club membership fee on top of this which is deducted once every 6 months.

I tried to sign up and no one ever calls me back. Theres no one ever there. From what ive seen the garbage is pilled up everyday. Still no call back to sign up took my 3 employee’s and myself to rush Copley athletic center and xsport across the street.

I've been going to Anytime Fitness for the past six months, and I'm so glad I found this gym. They have all the necessary equipment for fitness, and the best part is that it's never too crowded, so I never have to wait to use a machine.

The gym's policy of cleaning equipment after use is excellent, which makes me feel safe and comfortable while working out. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the coach is excellent. He's knowledgeable, encouraging, and always available to answer questions.

Another great thing about this gym is that it's 24x7 open, which is incredibly convenient for my busy schedule. The washrooms are clean, and the yoga room is peaceful and serene, providing a great space to unwind after a workout.

Overall, I highly recommend Anytime Fitness to anyone looking for a great gym with affordable subscription fees, excellent facilities, and friendly staff. This gym has truly helped me stay motivated and committed to my fitness goals

I am a current member and I suggest staying away from this location. They have limited changing rooms, the place smells like raw sewage and you can't use their tanning bed because it's always "broke". I only go here because it's around the corner from my job. I've paid less to be a member, at a gym, with an olympic size pool. FYI

Overall great experience at this gym! The manager, Gil, makes everyone feel welcome and is attentive to customers as they walk in! Dan, the trainer, is also very friendly and encouraging! The gym is also very well kept and clean.

Best Anytime fitness in the area. Staff is wonderful, especially Gil. Made me feel very welcomed when I switched clubs. Amenities and machines are well taken care of and the club never feels too crowded because of the spacing. Treadmills are great (no squeaking noises) and the turf area is the perfect place to get some abs in. Overall, great gym!

Some of the best customer service I've experienced at gyms. Gil not only attended to me immediately, but made me feel welcome. Didn't size me up like one of them roided up gym folks at xsport or lifetime lol He gave me the info on deals, plans, gave me a tour, I was in and out and he didn't even pressure me to sign up but instead gave me the option for a free trial. Found my new home gym for sure

Been going here for a few months. Place is always very clean and quiet since I go in the early morning. Even near the end of my workouts I never seen any employees on hand. Not that matters to me as I know what I’m doing and wouldn’t ever need that kind of assistance but just something to keep in mind if that matters to you. Overall a good choice if you need something that’s 24/7 with an affordable price point

Requested to cancel our membership in April 2020 after the club had been closed for weeks and announced that it would continue to be closed due to Covid-19. It made no sense to us to continue with a membership to a facility we couldn't use for months. Then, out of nowhere our bank account gets billed twice in August AFTER the membership cancellation notice four months earlier! I went back and forth with Karla who refused to let us out of the already canceled membership and refused to refund the payments they took out of our account against our authorization! According to her, we need to be understanding because of the impact Covid-19 had on them, but what about the impact Covid-19 had on us as members? I would advise anyone looking for a place to workout to look elsewhere as there are far less expensive options out there with better customer service, comparable equipment/services and no long-term commitment "gotcha" contracts.

Horrible! I am allergic to the cleaners and asked to have the membership revoked, but was told that it was not possible. I sat by and paid for the entire year of membership only to be told by the management company that they did not get my email on the last payment date of my contract (I sent it and have a screen shot) I will have to pay another month. Better believe that I am not paying for that! I am a daycare teacher that 40$ could be spent for my kids or on other bills!

Dont sign a contract here. They will try to lock you into long term contract with out mentioning it. Too expensive for what you get, It is basically a glorified apartment complex gym. They make cancellation way more difficult than it should be. If i'm month to month why do i have to give a 30day notice? Just so you can charge me one more month. Cancellation has to be in writing? Garbage place, Garbage management.

Unfortunately, I have to give a 1 star review because the management/owners made the cancellation process a nightmare. I had cancelled because I moved but I was well past my 1 year contract mark so it should have been a breeze. Not so much. Basically, if you cancel, insist on getting some sort of receipt. I had turned in my key fob and was sent on my way only to have my membership not actually be cancelled. It all got figured out in the end but it was a lot more work than it should have been.

Manager told me a "free pass" is free....but I have to pay a non refundable $40 fee for a key fob. Also refused to let me walk around for 30 seconds without providing email and phone number. And lastly, the place looked incredibly tiny and worth nowhere near $40 per month (+ $40 of additional fees per year).
