Recently had to cancel my membership due to being busy with work and stuff but when I did go consistently the gym was kept clean and the machines were cool and Ahmad was definitely a warm welcoming experience sad to leave but I will be back gl to everybody on their fitness goals and I definitely recommend this gym

They don't have much equipment on there always out of stuff like wipes for the machines.

I can't remember the last time I've seen towels there for a shower.

It's always very dirty. You can tell the owner doesn't care.

This location specifically was not kept to the Anytimr Fitness standard. No towels for the showers, soap, shampoo, body wash, no toilet paper. What’s the point in offering a bathroom if there’s no toilet paper, towels, or soap? Not to mention, it’s the first time in a while where I felt I couldn’t work out comfortably. Felt like someone was over my shoulder almost at all times waiting to use something as I used something.

Horrible rates and plans! $40 a month and you have to sign a ONE YEAR CONTRACT. Planet Fitness offers FAR more and are open 24/7 with no contract for $23 a month with hydromassage chairs and tanning! XSport is also 24/7 with NO contract at $40 a month and they have a full spa, huge pool, hot tub, basketball court, multiple fitness classes too! You would have to be a fool to sign up with anytime fitness.

Small hard to find but clean and well kept. Signing up was somewhat deceptive. No mention of a signup fee until I got in the door and you have to commit for a full year. So 750 dollars or so to walk in the door. Prefer month to month since I do outdoor activities in the summer.

I was paying for 3 memberships at this anytime since they opened, the reason I canceled is because I now have a home gym, the was I was treated by Anna the “manager” was very disrespectful especially to my pregnant wife. We called to cancel and apparently I owed $35 for a cancellation but the contract states that you don’t have to after a year of being there, like I said I’ve been having 3 memberships since they opened and brought 3 other family members to join. I told ana in a polite manner through the phone, that I was going to come in to talk and cancel my membership and she said rudely “we do not need to discuss this in person because I’m telling you right now on the phone” I went in person and as I was talking she was talking over me and wouldn’t hear me out while waving her hands in our faces. They need to do a better job at hiring better staff that will actually enjoy working in their environment and not treat people with disrespect especially a pregnant women. There’s ways to talk to people, if you don’t like your job then carry on and go elsewhere.

I went in today to check out the gym since I always come across it shopping at the local jewel right next door, and figured I’d check out the machines and pricing. I spoke to Jonathan Gonzalez when I walked in and he immediately let me know of their offers, pricing, and what’s included in my membership. Along with the 24 hour key for convenience so I can work out on my own terms. That same day I cancelled another local gym I was attending that I wasn’t fond of, since they always pushed their personal training and merchandise to “enhance “ my gym experience. Not a fan of being bombarded by both phone and in person, and it made me dread going. I avoided it for almost two weeks. It was awesome seeing the way Jonathan explained everything, and reassured me that I won’t be bombarded by any up selling on their end so I can enjoy my gym experience and continue on in my weightloss journey. Overall super happy and will be starting tomorrow morning at anytime fitness :)

I absolutely love this gym! I think people tend to find it difficult to find the motivation to work out, let alone just get to a gym. Anytime in Bensenville is something I actually look forward to visiting. The facility is immaculate, the hours are literally the most convenient for anyone (being 24 hrs), and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They know me by name and always stop to say hello! I’m a student and I work full time, and I really feel this place is perfect for me - it doesn’t get much better than this.

Tried out the 7 day free trial after my previous gym changed hours of operation. I absolutely love the convenience of going whenever I need to get a workout in and not worry about rushing because it will close on me. I wasn't sure if they would have all the equipment, considering it looked small from outside. They have everything I need and more and because I go early in the morning there is usually no one there. Love it and disappointed I didn't sign up earlier.
