Always clean and friendly, chill vibe. Love that it’s 24 hours. High end equipment that syncs and charges phones. Location is ideal. Great app so you know how crowded or empty it is before you go. This gym is hands down the best. It’s always clean, the energy is great, and it never feels intimidating walking in. Every workout feels productive, and I actually look forward to coming back.

The owner deserves a special mention—he’s not only extremely knowledgeable and strong, but he also gives great advice that actually makes a difference. You can tell he really cares about helping people get results. (Bonus: it doesn’t hurt that he sets the bar pretty high for “fitness goals wink wink.”)

If you want a place that motivates you, teaches you, and makes you enjoy the process, this is it.

I've been using this for the past week whilst in town for a wedding. A great facility, with a good range of kit, and all in first class condition.

A good cardio area, floor space for stretching, resistance kit, everything I needed. I particularly like the racks of extras, things like neck pads, a whole range of different grips, resistance bands, and even spare body belts if you don't have one with you, and I don't travel with mine.

Guys there are nice, both in great shape and always give great fitness tips to the ones coming in for one on one's. I be listening and observing. I hate to see Personal trainers teaching others but out of shape themselves. I believe in teaching by example first and these guys got this to a science.

Outstanding gym - can’t say enough good things about this AF. From the top notch equipment (you won’t find a pendulum squat at any other AF) to the cleanliness of the gym (you can tell the owners care about the quality of their gym and the members) to the knowledgeable and helpful trainers. Very clean with plenty of cleaning supplies to wipe down one’s own equipment after use. Open and spacious floor plan. Quality and new equipment. Safe location and safe to leave belongings in cubbies. Went in the morning and there was plenty of space and equipment and all supplies were freshly stocked. A++++

I am so happy that Anytime Fitness came to Darien. I can honestly say I wouldn’t be at the gym 5 days/week if it wasn’t for RJ and the group classes he teaches. The classes are accessible to all body types and fitness levels. I’ve never felt this way about a gym before and I love it!

Mike at Darien Anytime is the best! Not only is he knowledgeable, but he's also fit, which tells me that he knows what he's talking about when it comes to fitness. I don't feel like a customer at this gym; I feel like a human. I'm treated with so much respect. I enjoy that this team talks to you and cares about you.

Amazing facility, almost feels too nice to be an AF. Bathrooms are large and clean, equipment is very high end, including the treadmills, machines, free weights, etc
Tons of space, large layout so that you don’t feel crammed, great group fitness space (the purple turf), and owners who are deeply invested in the success of the facility. If you live anywhere near this area, this AF is your best bet for fitness/value.

The group training class was small so the trainer was able to watch us and make sure our form was correct. Each exercise was demonstrated before the start of the class. You were able to go at your own pace. I haven’t had a class like this in years I really enjoyed the small group session. The trainer was very engaging and fun to work with

I am not a "big" class participant. This was perfect! Small group, challenging sets and I could work with what was best for me, weights, reps etc. The trainer was observant of each participant and would provide suggestions to each one where needed.

Excellent staff, excellent facility, excellent environment. This Anytime Fitness really separates itself from any of the other facilities. The look is a lot more modern and updated as well as the equipment. I HIGHLY recommend! It has a the perfect feel of a small private gym but high quality equipment of a commercial gym. Some of which I haven’t seen at any other gyms. RJ and Mike are super helpful and even gave me a tour of the whole gym!

I highly recommend this gymI It is very clean. The equipment is great and brand new. The owner Mike is so nice. He took an hour of his time to show me around and help me with using the equipment. It was not crowded so the equipment you wanted to use was always open. Not too expensive. Checkout Darien gym!!

The place is off to a beautiful start! The owner, Mike, is super friendly and knowledgeable. We worked with RJ to get signed up.

There are plenty of weights, machines, and squat racks. The locker rooms have 2 showers each, bring your own lock. The AF app is great as it allows members to know about how many people are at the gym.

Memberships are about $55/mth. Totally worth it for a place with new equipment and it keeps out those who may not respect the quality/cleanliness of the space for 20-30/mth.

A friend of mine told me about this Anytime Fitness opening up in Darien so I swung by to check it out. Holy Cow was this place immaculate. Their Treadmills are top tier. I can watch Netflix right on their huge screen among a ton of other social media websites and other neat things. It smelled like a new car when I walked in. All the machines were Matte Black super modern equipment. And the staff OMG the staff were so polite and helpful. The owner was there and greeted me soon as I walked in. He even took the time to talk to me about my goals and had me check out the body scan technology they offered. Full body scan and less than 20 seconds. I was truly blown away. I’ll be canceling my Planet Fitness membership. Definitely check this place out. I’d give this hidden gem 6 stars if I could!

My car was over heating on the way home from the 4th. I had to take an emergency stop at Auto Zone next door. As I was fixing my thermostat in the parking lot Mike asked if I needed any help. With it being a 90* day I needed a break from the sun and he helped finish the repair. It’s people like him who make this world a better place!
