I LOVE THIS GYM. IVE BEEN WORKING OUT FOR 45 YRS STRAIGHT, AND THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES!! ITS OPEN 24 HOURS , AND EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR. SOMETIMES YOU'LL BE THE ONLY ONE IN THERE. AFTER ALL THESE YEARS Im picky about machines ,I want elliptical and the I want the hardest but best for your arms gravortron.machine. then legs arms, tummy, they have it all. Then a bed ,a massage bed!! It has the water underneath and it fabulous!! They just got a new red light sauna!! Beautiful!! I can't say any more, because I don't want the place packed with people!! Seriously wonderful gym!!

Was in town on travel for work and happened upon this AF. The place and staff were phenomenal. Equipment was very well maintained and clean. Got a good workout in and had a wonderful experience with the staff, Matt, Jeff and Maya. 5 Star A++! 10/10 would highly recommend.

Wow I absolutely love this gym! Matt is so friendly and he makes me feel cared about as a member.
The gym is super clean with nice members and I love the machines with your own personal fitness instructors. You really get a special member feel in comparison to other gyms.

I signed up via Active and Fit direct from my
work and initially went to another location. The manager there was very rude and signed me up incorrectly.

I went to this one and as expected, my key fob did not work. The manager Matt & associate Nicole were very friendly and set me up correctly. They went out of the way to make sure everything was good to go. I highly recommend this Des Plaines location. The staff here is very nice and customer service is amazing.

Recently joined and glad I did. I'm loving being able to work out whenever I want and being able to track how many people are in the gym at any hour. Matt answered my questions and guided me to the right membership for me. Angelina took the time to show me the equipment and made sure I would be able to properly use it on my own. I am

Well stocked and well managed. I have been there at many different times, and the gym never gets too crowded.

The employees are very friendly, and I have seen them personally inspect and clean the equipment during pretty much all of my visits.

The clientele is generally friendly, and I haven't had a poor experience. After working out here for years, I can say that the staff will do everything in their power to make you feel at home. Just had to accept a job out of state, and I will truly miss coming in here.

I love the convenience of my local Anytime Fitness. Open 24 hrs there is no excuse for me NOt to go. The facility is clean, Covid safe and has just the right equipment and programs to fit my needs. The staff is helpful and very friendly. They are worldwide. I even found a facility in Durham England! Do yourself a favor, join today!

The gym is small and crowded. Doesn’t even have a single row machine. Also the owners are not health experts. They want you to wear a mask at all times even while training. Body produces CO2’s and it’s very unhealthy to breathe these in so CO2’s get in your blood stream. They actually watch video to see if people are wearing mask. I can go to a restaurant and eat and drink without a mask, but I can’t go to this gym and train without a mask. Got it. I’ll be canceling my membership to Anytime Fitness.

This Anytime is one of the better ones I have been to from a weightlifting perspective. 3 power racks, multiple cable stations, small but decently organized cardio section. And 3x as many bathrooms as most Anytimes.

This is one of the best Anytime Fitness facilities that I've visited! It is always clean and I enjoy the atmosphere. I definitely recommend this place if you are in the market for a new home gym. I have only interacted with Matt, the manager, since I mostly worked out after staffed hours. Matt is easy to work with and offers the highest level of customer service.

Love this gym— although it is smaller than the average gym, it has all the equipment I need and I’ve never had a problem with it being too crowded. Equipment is all pretty new and well-kept. I particularly love the turf free-weights section for doing circuits. The staff here is the best and prioritize good customer service! I also love the amenities (hydro-massage, tanning, showers, an app to track gym visits). My only complaint is that we have to wear masks, which doesn’t seem healthy for anyone, however I understand they are trying to keep everyone “safe” and they don’t have control over local ordinances. Running on a treadmill without proper oxygen flow is no fun but I am sure some patrons are happy they enforce that rule. Besides that, absolutely zero complaints!

I have loved coming to this location since it opened and am so sad that after moving we had to cancel our membership. The staff was incredibly helpful while we were members, took our suggestions for new equipment, and maintained extremely clean facilities with excellent equipment. Canceling was not a problem - clearly customer service is their main priority. I’ll be referring everyone who I can think of to this location if they live in the area!

Wow! What a functional way of working out. Small but not small gym with machines and free waits that target every muscle on your body. Staff is super friendly to the point where they remember your name. And the cleanliness is a 10, 10 being the highest rating possible. Members are also very friendly. Almost seems like everyone is friends, even if you don't know the other. Not one of those rockstar gyms, what I mean buy this is it's not a who's the hottest member gym. So if like me , unconfident with your body in the beginning your be welcomed by nice people and not afraid of what others think

The "manager" was extremely rude to me. I'm not sure if he was a manger but he looked like the only employee there. Young guy with glasses.

The door is broken in that it does not lock or close completely. I swiped my fob and proceeded to enter. Upon entering he states that i need to pay 10$ for a day pass. I show him my fob and try to explain that i tried it and he gave me attitude so I left.

I was there once before, he was not there at the time. It was ok. You have to enter a bunch of information to be able to use the wifi which no other location does that. If that guy was no longer working there i would return since its about 3 minutes away from work. Until then I will use the other des plaines location on Elmhurst.
