Only been to the location once, facility is very clean and smells clean. Machines are all fairly new and in great shape. Large area, fairly spread out and not over crowded. It is lacking in some equipment compared to the Streamwood location, seems like less machines over all but that all may come in time. Overall very nice, check it out

I really wanted to like this gym, but my experience has been frustrating. The equipment is often out of order and takes weeks to get repaired. The facility isn’t as clean as it should be, especially in the locker rooms and around the weight area. Staff members are friendly when they’re around, but it feels like no one’s really managing the place or paying attention to member concerns.

On top of that, communication about billing and membership policies is unclear — I had to call several times just to get a simple issue fixed. For the price, I expected a more consistent and professional environment. Unfortunately, I’ll be taking my workouts elsewhere.

I enjoy coming to this gym, it’s very close to my house and it doesn’t get overcrowded at most times of the day. The manager Dylan is very helpful in all of the memberships processing. Great gym!

He trapped me into a 2 year contract and he told me I’m able to leave when I want to then when I wanna leave he tells me he decides weather you can break the contract or not the guy is a snake in the grass don’t trust this small gym

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I went in to cancel my membership and was met with rudeness and condescension. The rep kept cutting me off while I was trying to speak through my stutter — completely disrespectful and humiliating.

And surprise, surprise — I’m not the only one. Tons of reviews say canceling is a nightmare here, and the filthy bathrooms really tie the whole experience together.

The rep claimed I could cancel online, but after several attempts, it didn’t work — just more wasted time and frustration. They need new management and a serious culture change. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere that actually respects its members.

Was in for a work out and the cleaning lady decided to clean all bathrooms at the same time. I really had to go to the rest room so I politely went and then proceeded to leave it clean and put the stopper back in the door. As I’m doing this she barges out of the other bathroom and says to me “MOVE, MOVE”. It took everything in my not to go off on her. There’s a way to be respectful and ask someone “excuse me” and she couldn’t even said it in Spanish. I understand enough Spanish to be polite. She was angry and made me feel uncomfortable. I won’t be back to this location! The cleaning lady with the kinda red dyed hair.

It’s an amazing gym, I was debating between anytime and LA Fitness and decided anytime fitness because what would be the point to spend more money to not even have time to get a proper workout when all the machines are taken at LA. Great gym try their amazing 3 day free trial

Security guard in a gym, money should of went into the broken equipment. It's my fault for not taking pictures. Office hours close at 6:30 pm. I went around 9 pm, I guess a staff member was working late hours in the office. I stopped going to this gym over a year ago.

Dylan is a liar, be very careful what you sign. I said I would like to pay in cash, was asked for bank card information and that I would not get charged and my bank card got charged even though I had already paid for a month.

I signed up for personal trainer Rachel, who was awesome. From the beginning, the payments were supposed to come out at the beginning of the month but they would take it the same day I scheduled my next session.SO I original canceled the contract within the three days. She talked me into doing one month at a time. That way I wouldn't be charged until the next session was scheduled. Dillon informed me last month( April) wild be my last session (and Rachel had left. )

Sales guy lied and said that they don't offer gym memberships through my work program and I call the work program to verify the validity of this statement from the gym sales guy just to find out they do. Thankfully when i went i saw how trash of a gym this was. They don't even have actual locker rooms just elementary style cubbies.

Best gym I have ever gone to. Dylan and that staff are super friendly and do nothing but help out the guests. The trainer is amazing and she will always go out of her way to help the best she can. We’re like a family in this gym so if you don’t want to be a part of that stay away. But if those are your vibes, come get your workout on.

Too many members spending time on their phones, taking selfies, occupying equipment longer than they should, and making a lot of noise by dropping or slamming weights and not picking up after themselves. Very hard to complete a good workout in a smaller gym with all the distraction. Management needs to monitor the situation during non office hours. This could be a nice club!

They need to do a better job cleaning the bathrooms, I went 2 days ago and lifted the toilet seat to pee. There was feces stains on the bottom of the toilet seat. I went again today and those same stains are still there clearly a sign that they don't clean the bathroom every day or they just wipe down the top of the seat but don't do a deep clean. I would be more than happy to clean the bathrooms each time I went if they provide the chemicals and give me a free membership 🤣

My membership was revoked from this gym after I had to tell the office manager who was loudly talking, swearing and laughing with another staff member for a straight hour to take her conversation into the office because she was distracting others from working out. Not sure what rules I broke either as this was never explained to me. Perhaps embarrassing the manager in front of the guy she’s trying to impress after confronting her about her rude and childish behavior is a major no-no at AF but I guess I’ll never know since nobody has emailed me back yet to explain. Been working out for 20 years and have never been to a gym with such unprofessional management.

Over price. Mirrors are dirty bathrooms have also been dirty lately. Only sign up to this gym because it's on my way to work.. but would of rather gone back to planet fitness. The water station to fill your water bottle hasn't been working for weeks. Garbage bins usually full so I'm sure staff is hardly in. Need better house keeping

been trying to freeze an account and I've been calling the office to talk and speak with the manager for over 3 months now and even when I walk in she's never there or she's always busy I've sent so many emails and I've called for so many times I'm getting tired of trying for this long another reason for leaving this low rating is for so many times I've called and the workers answer but they always the manager will call us back. but here I am writing this review. I saw a previous post regarding the same issue, I went to the gym around 230 pm yesterday 10/24/2022 and the door was locked and the keyfob wouldnt open the door. The hours state that there are no employees from 2pm-3pm so I am wondering if they are deadbolting the door when they leave? Kinda stinks when I passed 3 other Anytime locations to work out closer to home after work, just to be turned away by not being able to get in...

Ok. So this is a new gym and they are getting everything in place and settling in, I get it. I was extremely pleased until recently. Yesterday there were no towels, which isn't even a big deal. I bring my own. But this morning the door seemed to be broken as it was turning everyone away and no one could access the gym with our FOBS. Four different people tried our FOBS separately one at a time, waited a few moments for a click that never came, then gave up. It was frustrating to say the least considering the name is Anytime Fitness so you really just expect one thing from them. To be able to workout anytime. As long as this is a solitary issue though I will revise my review with time.

Edited: There have been no further hiccups or lockouts and after discussing it with them I have upgraded my review.
