Love the gym, finally got a membership after prolonging for so long and it was worth it! Staff is really kind and patient, and it feels very welcoming. Only problem i honestly had was guys coming in and putting 4x 45pound weights on the machines and not taking them back off-
Especially for a beginner like me it was just too much, but over all everything is clean. Showers are lovely, and next ill try out the massage therapist chair😁 thanks for making this 24 hours for the people who get off late and just wanting to unwind

I’ve been an active member for 2 years and love the neighborhood convenience. Currently my key fob unfortunately went out, which has happened before. I went to the gym on a Saturday afternoon and was let into the non-member entrance where manager Abby informed me I can’t come in gym without key fob. Which I informed her to my situation and was met with disrespect and asked to vacate the property and come back when it would be of convenience to her another day. I’ve never been treated so hostile as an active memeber. Even if I caught her at the end of her day she could’ve been more appreciative of me wanting to solve the conflict. But I was met with frustration and even questioned if my membership was paid. Abby said she wasn’t really on shift, yet she greeted me at the door. causing a scene in lobby and not offing an apology for inconvenience. Questioning if I’ll ever come back.

Love this gym, but they need to make sure the sanitizer holder to clean machines are filled ... too many times they are empty ... overall facility is clean and machines are working. Twice now, there were random bums hanging around looking in cars or trying to attack ppl/get in the gym. Hope the cameras outside work and are clear.

Honestly I’ve been going here for months and I haven’t had to complain about anything. Whether it’s a 10am or at Night; staff is always welcoming everyone. I would recommend anyone if you’re interested in going to a gym that’s open 24hrs definitely come here. Also they have a massage chair that is incredible.

Anytime Fitness Glenwood has the necessary machines and weights that are needed to get in shape. I generally use the stair machine, bike, free weights and some of the weight machines that they have available. There is enough space for any individual routine and possibly a small group activity.

The staff is friendly and informative, I hired one of the trainers and he has shown me the proper way to do some new exercises.

The machines or weights are usually available or ready within a short period of time.

This is my local gym! This gym is always clean, equipment always operational, the staff members are always great and willing to help especially Abigail and Liam. I also like that they’re using a most active member board which I made for the month of June. July I won’t make it because I spent two weeks in Cancun but the following months I’m right back on!

3 stars because the gym and staff are great! They lose two stars : My only issue is the amount of people that go to such a small gym. It appears there is no crowd control. The gym is too small to continuously add members without limit. Otherwise great gym. If they don't figure that out soon I definitely won't be joining again.

Decent gym. Some employees are awesome, and some stutter in fear telling you to put a mask on 20ft away from everyone. Derek Tuckers & Moe Muslehs Anytimes don't have this issue. As the other half of the people in at the exact same time don't even have a mask sitting by them and the kid doesn't say a word to them. Maybe it's because I'm the only white guy in here, or have police/firefighter plates on my truck and LE clothing on. Just ironic how I'm the only one that gets a "talking to" at 1345 5/8/21 there was 10 people working out.. without masks, and I was the only one "picked" 🙄🤷🏻‍♂️

Facility has been compliant with social distancing and COVID-19 precautionary measures. Sanitizing wipes are available and recommended before AND after equipment use. Most* patrons abide by the mask mandate. Clean gym. Working equipment. I wish they had the bikes and treadmills with virtual trails though. I like coming here. People are nice or in their own zones. Well lit parking are out front.

I want to cancel my membership due to im pregnant and I'm high risk. I said with covid-19 im not coming into the gym no time soon. Trevor said I could freeze my account I said no I just want cancel it. 250 bucks. Never again! The gym isn't worth the monthly price. Also it's not safe in there at all!. My advice go through your insurance and get unlimited gym membership passes for 25 bucks a month! Can go to any gym you like! Im sure this place won't be around long as soon as people start to cancel their membership after the 2 year agreement im definitely canceling mines when my contract is over! Do not sign up for this gym through them. It's overpriced and they charge yearly enhancement fee but no new equipment has been put in there..... yea won't sign up through again lesson learned.

I was trying to cancel my membership because I do not wanna risk getting covid 19. I called and talked to the manager who continually told me its safe and covid can't spread there only to tell him the facts that the C.D.C has said the wearing mask and social distancing is slowing the spread and not a solution. He then said i was being rude canceled my membership and told me not to come back. I responded and said thank you and have a nice day only for him to tell me to go f*ck myself and hang up on me. Its safe to say i will not being doing any business with these people ever again.

I just joined with a 2yr commitment, having gone twice and the only hyrdobed doesn't work!!! It needs to be reset and unfortunately no one is there to do it.That's my primary interest in joining especially since I have a few health issues that massage can help. If they get the mechanical issue together my rating can change.

Giving it 4 stars due to no locker space other than little lock boxes for keys & wallet...not female friendly. I come from work, currently in winter coat n boots, purse. Supposedly, they had a deal going for a 7 day trial. I was interested in trying it out, but hadn't made a decision as to whether I wanted to jump in with both feet yet. The rep came in way too hot. Instead of listening to what I wanted, he was too busy trying to 'sell' me and talk over me. Prices are way too high, they try to get you to sign up for so many months at a time. No thank you.

I tried a few locations and this is my favorite. The staff is friendly, there are always cleansing wipes to wipe down equipment when you’re finished and the music selection is perfect for working out. It’s never overly crowded and the staff helps if you don’t know what you’re doing on the equipment.
