I’ve been working out with Stephanie for a couple of years and the changes I’ve seen in my body are truly amazing! I’ve grown stronger, increased my flexibility, and balance. Stephanie is a master instructor, motivating and caring! If I have an injury, she makes modifications and corrects my movements to insure my safety. Her thorough knowledge of Pilates, patience, and support allow me to continue to challenge myself. Stephanie creates a warm, welcoming community and I leave every class smiling with a sense of accomplishment!

When I mentioned to a friend that I missed my classes at a nearby chain Pilates, she told me about B3Pilates. It sounded like just what I needed: personalized instruction. I have now been doing 1:1 work for a couple of months using Pilates equipment as well as the mat. What a find for me! Stephanie is so knowledgeable not only about Pilates but about the body and how to accommodate issues one may have as well as strengthen it. She’s patient and always positive yet is able to challenge you. She wants you to succeed, and tailors her instruction to your needs. She has amazing observational abilities and can tell you exactly what your body is doing —or not doing. I feel like I have a Pilates instructor as well as a physical therapist.

I’m beyond grateful I found Steph! I came to B3 in bad shape, scoliosis, herniated discs, nerve pain, etc. I had tried everything from PT, traction, yoga, dry needling, and even pain management. In 18 months I have seen a tremendous improvement, not only in regards to the pain, but as far as strengthening my core, my posture and I have less neck discomfort. I wish I found this sooner. Pilates is now a staple in my life. I can’t thank Steph enough for how much she has changed my life.

I’ve been working with Stephanie for over 2 years and I have had an amazing experience. I have gotten so much stronger. I have been able to stabilize my core so I no longer have the back and neck pain and now just have to see my chiropractor for maintenance visits. Stephanie does a great job of modifying exercises for different situations. Her positive energy and welcoming space is an oasis. I highly recommend B3 for anyone interested in Pilates.

I am so thankful to have found B3 and Stephanie! Suffering with hip and back pain for a few years, I had been through 3 PTs, multiple rounds of injections and a few unconventional therapies. I had ignored the suggestion by 2 of my PTs that Pilates would be a good workout for me due to my past experience. Frustrated that I was still not 100% pain free, I was ready to try Pilates again. I knew I had to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly as to not hurt myself further and found B3. Stephanie is a great teacher. She is patient, provides good cues and can take one look at you and know if something is off in your body. I am happy to say I am pain free. Plus, the bonus that my waist hasn't been this flat for a few decades!

Stephanie is unbelievable. Great energy and enthusiasm. Treats you like you are her only client. Customizes your Pilates sessions to your needs, abilities, strengths, and weaknesses. I marvel at the notes she brings in about my workout. It's clear she puts in time preparing for your session. I have been going to her once a week for over year and have never done the same work out. Every time it's something different to challenge you mentally and physically but most importantly it keeps it fun and exciting. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I discovered Stephanie and B3 Pilates during my postpartum journey. Prior to starting Pilates, I was experiencing, back pain, and overall discomfort and difficulty finding a way to get back to feeling like myself post baby. On a physical level, working with Stephanie, has helped my back so much. I can hold my baby without back pain. I have increased flexibility in my hamstrings that I was unable to achieve with years of yoga, and I have increased my body awareness and strength in my core. Her energy, knowledge of anatomy and alignment, and her ability to give specific feedback and cues are a level of expertise I have not experienced in any other trainer/trainee relationship. On an emotional level, my sessions with Stephanie have allowed me to feel like myself again, but better. I look forward to each session and trust Stephanie 100%.

Stephanie is the best! She is focused on making sure you do the exercises correctly for maximum benefit! If I was taking a group Pilates class, there is absolutely no way the workout would be comparable. The exercises are individual to my needs and every week is different. It is fun and non-intimidating but is an awesome workout! I consider myself pretty fit but this works out my body in a totally different manner and has really taken my fitness to another level! I cannot recommend Stephanie and B3 highly enough!!

I would like to recommend Stephanie Eder at B3 Pilates as a private Pilates instructor. After taking group classes at another facility for over a year, I have found that Stephanie’s approach offers the attention to detail that I could not get in a group class. I currently practice 2 times a week with Stephanie because I enjoy her patient instructions as she teaches me proper form while being mindful of past injuries.
