Great classes for functional strength. I’ve been going for several months now and I’m seeing improvements in all areas of life. Every day life is just a little easier when you’re stronger. Jason is also great with stretching so my flexibility is improving also. I’m even seeing results in my golf game!!

Training with Coach Jason and the Ballista Crew for about 7 or 8 months now and I absolutely love it. Waking up early & getting a great workout in is the best way to start my day. Couldn't ask for a better crew to do that with.

I've been doing classes with Jason for a few weeks and they are great! His schedule is very accommodating and it's a good way to start the day.
Jason is very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure I understand the correct way to do things to get myself in shape not only physically but mentally as well. Would highly recommend giving it a shot yourself.

I started taking classes with Jason a few weeks ago and it has been wonderful so far! He takes the time to teach proper techniques while also educating you on how your body works during the exercises and what you should feel. I've learned so much already and have such a great time being challenged through these classes! It's great way to learn, have some fun and get in shape. Very highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at this workout class! The instructor was knowledgeable and supportive, and the workout itself was challenging yet fun. I loved using the kettlebells - they added a whole new level of intensity to the workout. I left feeling energized, accomplished, and ready to tackle the day. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a great workout!
