Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.

Barre3 CH was SO welcoming. I come to Barre3 while I am in town visiting my parents; I’m from Portland Oregon. Sarah V, Sarah P and Tara were all so lovely and it really felt like they wanted you to get the most out of class! With the stress of visiting family, coming to Barre3 every morning was the perfect release and awesome way to move my body!! I will be coming back every time I am in town. Every class I leave feeling energized- the teachers are wonderful, the studio is really nice, and the positive energy is contagious. This is a great workout, both the signature barre and barre strength classes. Low impact and very challenging. The barre strength is especially nice if you are looking to introduce heavier weights into your routine but are not exactly sure where to start. The pace is slower which ends up making the class more challenging in the best way.

Overall a very welcoming environment, from the smiling face greeting you as you walk in, to the relax and recover area in the back, to the instructors providing help and modifications during class to accommodate all fitness levels. The class is fast paced but structured to raise and lower your heart rate throughout which I have seen the best results for my fitness journey. Class availability and times are great and pricing is reasonable to similar clubs around. Always look forward to going to class!

Making time for myself to get to the studio, working out with such motivating and positive coaches, having a supportive group setting, and workouts that are always different - but still provide the same amazing mobility, strength, and cardio focus each time. I was looking into Pilates classes when I stumbled upon barre and took the risk. I ended up trying Pilates and after trying barre, I decided to stick with it! Barre has been great for me to get movement into my mornings and engage all parts of my body. I like that there are options with weight & band resistance. As someone who experiences neck and shoulder pain I appreciate the options to do positions differently to suit you the best, similar to yoga! I definitely plan to stick with Barre3 for as long as I stick around town!

This is a great Barre3 studio! I started going to classes a few weeks ago and always look forward to my next class. The community here is really welcoming and I feel like a part of the group already. The teachers are inspiring and create a really positive environment, but it’s also a great workout - I can feel my muscles sore (in a good way!) after each class! The studio is nice and bright and also clean. Definitely will continue going here!

I switched to Barre3 from another barre studio and its been a great decision. Barre3 has a great schedule, very accommodating for busy people. The studio and facilities are beautiful and clean. The classes are great, always challenging, never routine and the instructors really make an effort to make sure you are getting the most out of class. Additionally, the staff and instructors are warm and welcoming.
Updating to add that I’m still enjoying my classes at Barre3! One thing I especially like is that there is a lot of variety in the classes so it never feels routine and I’m always curious to see what different instructors will incorporate. Also I attended a parent and me class awhile back that was very fun for my daughter and I.

Barre3 offers excellent core strengthening in a super clean and friendly environment. I love the studio and convenience. The staff does an amazing job of working with you on any modifications you might need or helping you to get deeper into the moves for more benefit. It's a workout I really look forward to. Having had an injury and surgery 6 months ago - it is the perfect complement and partial replacement to my physical therapy plan. I feel I get stronger with each class and have no fear of re-injury because the pace is excellent and instructors are top notch. Wish I would have started here a year ago!

Every single class I’ve taken has lifted me up and made me want to return. I love the instructors, the music is great and keeps me going and the place is clean and beautiful. Everyone there is friendly too! I’m sore from it and that’s a good thing! I have always enjoyed pilates, yoga and barre and this incorporates all of that. Hands down the best place to work out. My first week I did 5 classes and that’s A LOT for me but I enjoyed every one.

I always look so forward to Barre3 classes! Each and every time, the class has been so much fun and so relaxing. Trainers Katie and Sarah are great! Most classes on Monday and Tuesday nights are very small. It is not high pressure and the trainers give you many examples and modifications of how to do the exercises properly. They also have beautiful and clean amenities including towels, hair dryer, changing rooms, etc. I highly recommend taking Barre3 classes. It is pricey, but they do offer specials every so often to sign up for 10 class packages at a time.

I was very sad to leave my home Barre3 in Kentucky and was happy to hear that Barre3 is in Illinois as well! I drive 20 mins to my new studio to get the best workout. I always leave feeling that my whole body has been addressed:arms, legs, abs, BUTT, heart, and MIND! Also by far the best postpartum workout. Had my 3rd child and quickly feeling like myself again.

Took my first class at barre3 a few weeks ago. Such a cute studio! It was spacious and very clean. They have a great area for kids in the back to hangout while their parents take a class. Kendyl was amazing! She was upbeat and a ton of fun even during the more difficult parts of class. I would highly recommend a class at barre3 with Kendyl!
