Be Moved Yoga & Wellness is more than just a yoga studio! We have a sauna and cold plunge to help your mind and body recovery and build resilency! We believe in the power within your body and our services offer a chance to re-learn yourself; or meet yourself for the first time. Our staff is a group of teachers who have remained students themselves; constantly learning and evolving and sharing their growth with our community. We are very lucky to have the space, the teachers, and the variety of classes that we do. We can't wait to meet you!

I love Be Moved Studio! There are so many varieties of classes and workshops to fit everyone's needs; from restorative to strength to flow. They even have a cold plunge and sauna. The teachers are so amazing, especially the owner, Kelley Edwards. They are knowledgeable, trained, compassionate and always willing to help you feel welcomed and seen. Some of my favorite classes to do are the Myofacial, which will change your life, Restorative, Strength and Pilates. The workshops that welcome the new seasons with journaling, flow and sound baths are always enjoyable and highly anticipated! You will certainly enjoy this studio! I highly recommend it!

I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years, however, Be Moved Yoga & Wellness has redefined my practice. It is so much more than flexibility & poses; it is a welcoming, caring community of wonderful people. There is a wide range of classes, workshops and events. It not only is great for your physical health but your mental health too. Kelley has made a space that promotes calmness and healing.

BeMoved is my happy place! The studio caters to all levels of ability. The owner is passionate about Yoga and her customers. It feels like welcoming community. Besides classes, there are work shops, cold plunges, and tons of other offerings. I’m not someone who relaxes easily but somehow, I always feel at ease moments after walking in the door.

Best yoga studio around. Instructors are beyond amazing…continuously learning to challenge and educate us in new ways. Many different class options with different levels to choose from. The atmosphere and clientele is so welcoming. Only studio I know that offers Myofascial yoga which is like a full body massage. LOVE!! Don’t look any further….give Kelley(the owner) a call to try a class out!

I was new to yoga. I picked the best place to join! The variety of classes is amazing. I can go to a different class each day for 2 weeks and not repeat. The classes have so many unique focuses (Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, Mat Pilates, Strength, Myofascial, etc) that it keeps me engaged with variety and challenged with different purposes. Every instructor is incredible, knowledgeable, and supportive. The fellow classmates are also supportive and encouraging. It is an incredible community! Then there is the sauna/cold plunge. I have added this to my wellness routine to help with inflammation and chronic muscle tightness. It also brightens my mood and mental health during the winter season. My original reasons for starting yoga was to reduce my stress and improve my balance and flexibility. I have accomplished that but also have added immense joy doing something each week that is just for me and my health. I should have started this years ago but as they say, better late than never!

I have made other attempts to practice yoga, but usually only using YouTube videos. My coworker mentioned Be Moved, so I decided to take a complimentary class. I have not stopped attending classes since then. Kelley and the other teachers are so respectful. They use kind, warm and inclusive language. They encourage participants to listen to their bodies and have their own practice. I highly recommend visiting Be Moved.

I took the plunge at Be Moved! Not only is Be Moved a yoga studio, but there is also an IR sauna and a cold plunge in the back. The experience was amazing and totally helped relieve the pain in my lower back. Will be back!

Be Moved is the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to. The class sizes are a nice small/medium size and the teachers are clearly very knowledgeable, creative, and caring. The online booking options are very transparent and make going to a class easy. Kelley (the owner) is extremely invested in bringing all the good that yoga has to offer to her clients. It’s not just about flowing but about building and growing your mind and body. I really struggled with a few poses when I first started and with just a few tips my practice has gotten so much easier and it’s rewarding to see such progress!
Also, yoga mats are always available if you just decide last minute to book and get yourself on a mat!
