We have two boys in the program. Aged 13 and 10, they are attending twice a week. Very happy with the course work and instruction. My oldest wants to go, even though the training is hard. Have attended other cross fit classes for my kids, but they were not challenging enough. I highly recommend as a program to send your children to.
