I have enjoyed this gym so much in the 11 months since it opened. The coaches are diligent, helpful, supportive and great people to learn from. The facility is great, with clean, solid equipment. And it's really a fun, supportive community. I've gotten in shape for the first time in years and the diverse, varied types of workouts are a big reason why.

I was in town visiting a friend and was able to pop in to BFT Park Ridge for a couple of workouts while I was there. The coaches and members were all so welcoming! It was so nice to feel as comfortable there as I do at my local BFT. The coaches gave helpful guidance on form and heart rate. I will definitely be back the next time I am in town! Can't recommend BFT enough.

I joined BFT Park Ridge late last year feeling nervous and unsure if I could keep up. Let me tell you, the staff and other members at this gym have completely changed that!
From day one, the trainers were incredibly supportive and friendly. They don't just throw you into a workout; they take the time to personally explain each exercise, ensure proper form to avoid injury, and offer modifications if needed. They're always there to push you further while keeping your safety a priority.
But the support goes beyond the trainers. The entire BFT Park Ridge community is full of positive and encouraging people. Everyone motivates each other to work hard and celebrate each other's successes. It's a fantastic environment to be in, especially if you're new to fitness like I was.
Thanks to this amazing combination of supportive staff and a friendly community, I've gained so much confidence in my fitness journey. I've not only surpassed my weight loss goals, but I've also crushed two personal weightlifting records in just two months! Every workout is a challenge, but I always leave feeling accomplished and with a smile on my face.

My experience at BFT has been nothing short of amazing. Words truly cannot express how much I love this place. What BFT offered here is precisely what I needed. I sought a way to be efficient with my time while still getting an effective workout, and BFT delivered just that. The convenience of being able to come in and out, have a great workout, and progressively get stronger.

I joined BFT as a founding member and have been actively working out with this gym for 3 months. I absolutely love it. The diversity of classes means I’m never bored and always doing movement that is new and different from class to class. The coaches are enthusiastic, friendly, professional, encouraging, knowledgeable and welcoming to individuals at all fitness levels. They are very good at helping you make corrections to your form, change your weight to work best for you, and modifying exercises as needed. The front desk crew is so welcoming and friendly. They learn people’s names and greet them with a smile. The facility is great and the variety of equipment is phenomenal; you won’t get bored! Studio manager Cheryl is very helpful and willing to help with any questions or problems. I strongly recommend BFT to anyone looking for a fun way to stay healthy in a community of fun individuals! I have been going to BFT consistently for about a month now. The workouts are challenging, yet achievable, especially with the amazing coaching, keeping any eye on form to ensure I don't injure myself. The coaches are super knowledgeable and are able to modify certain exercises as needed. I also like that we are able to view our heart rate goals, while wearing a heart rate monitor. Seeing this on the screen is very motivating. The community is supportive and made of of athletes of all ability levels- but same energy of cheering one another on. I would highly recommend trying out BFT- to take your fitness routine to the next level.

I cannot say enough good things about BFT Park Ridge.
I'm a rower and training for my second marathon, so I was looking for a way to incorporate strength into my training. I was originally planning to only come to BFT 2 days per week.
When I was first interested and looking at the class offerings, I saw a lot of things that said "teamwork" and "partner-work" which made me hesitant because I have taken fitness classes at other places that did not put the same emphasis. Boy was I wrong to be worried! I have made SO many friends at BFT and have received the best coaching and experience from every single person at the studio. By my second class, all of the staff knew my name and made me feel like a member of the community. Everyone in class is constantly cheering each other on to make it through hard workouts and celebrate victories (PRs and hitting class milestones). I am now coming to class 5-6 days per week.
One of my favorite things about BFT's training method is that you see the same workouts and exercises multiple times in each training block, so it really allows you to get better and stronger each time.
Joining BFT was one of the best decisions I've made and I can't wait to keep getting stronger with them!

I joined BFT of Park Ridge before the opening in November 2023 and have been going ever since. I love this place, the staff and coaches are amazing. The coaching team helps guide you in a professional way and teach you how to do exercise in a way you won’t get hurt while focusing on your heart rate. I look forward to my morning classes. Journey/background:
I used to be a cardio girly when I started my fitness journey but it started to get too hard on my body. Everything hurt after long outdoor runs or hours on the treadmill. Before BFT, for about a year, I only did strength & powerlifting. While it was exhilarating, my body also asked me to slow down.

Workouts:
After my first class at BFT I knew I found my place. It’s a mix of strength, cardio, and hybrid classes with knowledgeable & supportive coaches! To me, what’s important is fun, form then progression. Ironically, that’s exactly how BFT works.

Coaches, front desk and staff are friendly and welcoming. It feels like my 2nd home. The owner, Carlos, and General Manager, Cheryl, are normally present in studio and support their members and staff.

Results:
It’s been about 2 months and I, 1. Do not feel burned out by workouts (going 3-5 days a week) 2. Am seeing results (clothes fit better, less fatigue, more flexibility and mobility) 3. Found a community of likeminded individuals who care about their health and wellness.

Awesome gym, challenging and well balanced workout, attentive instructors and welcoming staff! It’s the best program I’ve experienced with detailed digital body type analysis and personalized fitness plan to help achieve my goals. The supporting tech with heart rate performance monitoring during workouts and custom nutrition plans through the app make tracking a cinch. Top notch studio equipment and super clean. But above all, it’s the personal attention from the instructors and the staff that make this a standout experience. Highly recommend!

If you are looking to be motivated in a supportive setting with phenomenal trainers, this is your gym. The classes are challenging but doable. The trainers make sure your form is correct before they push you to do more. On top of that everyone that goes there supports one another. I couldn’t recommend this gym more!

I wasn’t sure if I wanted to join but I took advantage of their free class offering. Then I tried a 10 pack. I felt so much stronger just after a few weeks and so good and motivated after the work outs I joined as an unlimited member.

The coaches are very helpful - I am learning so much as I didn’t do weight lifting prior to joining. They are knowledgeable and encouraging. The owner is very friendly and is often around and sometimes in class with us!

This gym concept is great. As a person who has done both cross fit style workouts and group fitness classes for a long time, this gym finds the right balance of personal instruction and strength building coupled with cardio.
