I feel to share my experience with Bison cheer. Honestly was excited to start competitive cheer at Bison...until right at first competition came up. Their team coach quit because or conflict with the owner and the replacement coaches did not have the adequate background or experience for coaching competitive cheer and especially for paying the 2000.00+ cost for appropriate coaches my daughter decided later on after a new coach at her next practice that this gym was not for her. Just to note, we have been doing competitive cheer for the past 4 years at a different gym. The owner charged my bank account for 300.00 without notifying me for the cheer uniform price thinking we had quit when my daughter was still on the team and at practice and still never told me she charged my account until I saw my bank statement. She refused to return my 100.00 deposit for the uniform once the uniform was turned in and btw was never used in a competiton. Nowhere does it state in any of the contracts signed that she keeps the deposit money and the owner refused to discuss the matter any further. Just shocks me know how she thinks she can just charge the account anytime she wants cause she keeps our cards on file and not say anything about charges.The owner is not receptive to discussing issues and never has answers to help resolve problems when they arise. BEWARE IF YOUR THINKING OF JOINING! I could go further with other issues but not enough room.
I had discussed the 100.00 in emails to you and no answer on when getting it back. The uniform agreement doesn't state that you keep the deposit when the uniform is returned and note was never used in competitions. You did charge my card the 300.00 knowing we were there for practice and you asking her to stay to compete...but you could have told me several opportunities that you charged my card and never did. I am owed the 100.00 deposit back to me.

The owner of this gym,is very polite along with her daughter they own a beautiful gym with a block out and 2 tumble tracks this place is wonderful when it comes to tumbling and cheer
