Nice gym, clean and well kept at a very reasonable price with lots of free weights and equipment. Unfortunately many of the poeple that come here have no idea how to share equipment, they stay on the same weight training equipment for 30 minutes or more with 10 minute breaks between sets while they talk or play on their phones, this is really inappropriate gym etiquette, Blink needs to create a policy and put up signs so everyone knows they are supposed to share the equipment and should show proper Etiquette with equipment use. Don't let the 3 stars fool you, I dont think I could give a gym more than 4 stars no matter how nice it is, its just a gym to me. So, three stars is a good rating by me for this gym. I am sure 99.9% of everyone will really like this gym and be happy.

They closed this location down yesterday, without a warning!
I walked in yesterday and saw a paper on the door, I thought it was the hours for 4th of July. To my surprise it was a note that read that it would be closing July 1st! I walked into the lobby and its people at the front desk having to cancel their memberships. Mind you we had already been charged for the month.

This gym is no longer run by Blink Fitness. I tried canceling and Blink Fitness informed me this gym is independent and to reach out to the manager. Well great I emailed, a

It's a good gym until all the little kids start coming in with crocs and sandals and pajamas. Like it's a gym. It's not a slumber party. Like c'mon..And they take over the machine and don't workout but take over space. It's not a gathering or anything ITS A GYM!! I feel like the gym need to force their policies. I think it is such a scam that even when you leave the state, the manager is unable to cancel an account for you over the phone. I have tried so many times to cancel my account online and it's damn near impossible. I guess that's why it is that way so that the manager can continue his quota for memberships per year or whatever. I think that Customer Service is something that businesses like blink in Riverside should focus on more. You already got my membership you have already had it for a year you have already charged me for six months. I have not use the gym. Not to mention a $70 annual fee. (For a gym i do not use) And management still refuses to cancel my account over the phone. After multiple attempts I had to call a separate location to find out the exact reason why. It makes me think that Paris is taking so many supplements that he can't even have a regular conversation with somebody. He is so pumped that he is ready to fight anybody who has a conflicting interest. I don't know what else I would expect from a gym manager but its disappointing to say the least.
3 months later and I'm still receiving emails. They are still trying to steal from me!!! Smallest diqq energy I've ever experienced

I've knocked down over 100lbs in the last year in an effort to get my body in order. I am still in the 300's, but I want to get out there and join a gym. I read some great reviews about Blink; the great staff and the places cleanliness. Now, I know my weight loss is my own journey and it is up to me to continue on this path. However, I sort of had no choice but to join Planet Fitness. I got a hold of staff at Blink, and their treadmill weight capacity is 300, while Planet Fitness is 400. Again, this journey is my responsibility and the gain was on my own merit. But Blink, like many other gyms, don't have the equipment I require. Planet Fitness does. Planet Fitness is like Xfinity where your stuck with it because it has the fastest service in your area but don't like the customer support. The devil you know I guess. Hopefully once I get below my goal weight, I can switch gyms.

If you feel unsure about joining a gym this a great place to go. They are really nice and understanding and the place just feels welcoming. And most importantly you don't need to give a blood sample to cancel your membership. I have a very busy life and sometimes I cant go for weeks on end and they are okay with you cancelling if you need to. Unlike some of their purple competition.

Great gym, very clean and organized. I like the design of everything as it’s all clearly intentional and has balance. The two dudes at the front were accommodating. Unfortunately, despite getting a one week pass, I couldn’t come back during that time but I wish I did. There was a machine that was broken, so it’s not perfect but it’s definitely worth working out at. I don’t know about the prices though but they do have squat racks, stair master, and an empty space with mirrors which is a plus.

SCAM ALERT!!! I contacted Blink in May to cancel my membership and they walked me through the steps to cancel online. Fast forward to July, they are still charging me the monthly membership fee. I immediately called to complain once I saw I was still being charged. I spoke to the manager Roberto Gomez and he said if I didn’t receive a cancellation email then my membership wasn’t indeed cancelled. He also explained that sometimes canceling online doesn’t work and you have to go in person. How the hell am I supposed to know that their website/app has flaws?? The website appeared to be working when I canceled. Additionally, NO ONE explained I had to go in person to cancel.

Roberto ended up canceling my membership on his end and I still didn’t receive a cancellation email. I’ve been going back and forth with him for almost two weeks and he basically said they are not refunding me bc I haven’t provided proof of cancellation. Again, if this scam of a business doesn’t send me confirmation that I’ve canceled, how the hell am I supposed to provide something they never sent ?? Make it make sense! Stay away from this fraudulent place!! They lack ethical behavior, values, principles, etc…

This gym has superbly gone down hill. They had no manager and assistant manager for 2 and a half months leaving all the front desk part time workers to have to step up running the gym completely alone. They recently hired a new manager who doesn’t care about anyone. He is extremely stuck up and has fired the entire staff who has stuck their neck out for blink when there was no manager and they had to work doubles all by themselves.. part times working up to 40 hours a week alone that get fired by a manager who has never even worked at blink. I used to love this gym and has previously given them a 5 star but seeing how far down this gym has gone and how little they care for their employees and how low their values are for employees who have been there since the gyms grand opening, Blink Fitness will never get a single dime out of me and I will make sure everyone I know finds out how terrible this company is. Shame on you Blink.

This place is great! New machines and the staff are very responsive. The place is pretty clean as well. Most of the members are younger folks but even during peak busy times, it doesn't feel too crowded. The trainers are great. I do wish they had some paper towels though (for wiping sweat and such) in the bathroom. hand dryers are germ pools in general. The prices for the snacks are a bit high, but i guess you pay for convenience.

Very nice facility. Clean and not overly crowded. I was a member of XSport for years. They were overpriced and overcrowded, and if you were working out doing supersets you would have to wait for people to finish talking before you could cut in on a machine. Not at Blink. The gym is open, and clean with new state-of-the-art equipment. It's never overcrowded, the staff is very friendly and most of all, I save about $35.00 per month. I cut my workout time in half, and I am seeing better results.
