I have been taking classes for a few years now. I noticed within the first few weeks that I had more energy, less stress, less depression. I try to go 3x a week, but all the techniques learned can easily be practiced at home. However, going to class give me a great sense of community. I'm gradually becoming more flexible, more focused and my ability to go deeper into meditation is improving.

Saved my sanity and mobility. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found this studio. Started with a rushed and judgmental “evaluation” that didn’t explain anything. Then went poking “healing sticks” in various potentially dangerous places and extended pounding yourself with fists.
The rest seemed to trying to be a horrible mix of yoga and Tai Chi and doing both terribly. The instructor was very unsure of what she was doing from one pose to the next and could barely describe what she was doing when she did.
The room was over crowded and not nearly enough space to do half the poses and flows.
OH their “mat”, the floor padded but it is so uneven and laying on it was horrible and it stank. If for some reason you should go bring your own mat

I've been attending class here for a little over 2 years. Since then, through the various meridian stretches, meditation, breathing and energy work, I have been able to heal my physical body and spirit - my high blood pressure is not under control and I no longer need to be on meds. There are also workshops offered that help you get even more out of your experience and take that next step in your life. I would highly recommend anyone to stop in and expand your mind and body.
