I've been working with George 3 days a week for the past 2 months and I am already feeling the change. He's an excellent motivator, and will not allow you to quit on yourself. His workout sessions are tailored to meet your specific goals and needs, and he really gains a quick grasp on your body language and knows exactly when you need to be pushed and when you might need a break. Even if you might be self-conscious about your personal appearance, diet, or workout habits, he'll go out of his way to make sure you never feel out of place. He has a way of dispelling all of your concerns from the moment you start with him. He is friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, and overall a great guy.

My wife and I and have been working with George for over a year and we are very happy with his training and the results we have achieved. George's knowledge on nutrition also has helped us with better eating habits and we feel so much better than we did before we started with him. He has a variety of workouts and is always giving us new workouts to change it up and keep it interesting. We went to get our yearly physical and our Dr. was very pleased with the results. My wife and I have both lost 10 pounds since working with George and have done it in a healthy and steady way so it won't come right back on. George is always on time and very responsible. He is very easy to work with. He takes time to understand his client's limits and works well within your abilities. We would recommend working with George if you're looking for a trainer who has the knowledge and motivation to make you work hard to reach your goals.

George is perfectly suited as a personal trainer. He can read your situation and prescribe the right mix of training that works for you. To me, adaptability is important which is why most of us want the 'personal' in a personal trainer. George is always careful and diligent in his work and I heartily recommend him.

I have been working with George for around 9 months now. In the past I've always had trouble gaining muscle mass. George is great at tailoring my workouts to my specific needs. Along with all his help in the gym, George also has given me great nutritional advice to follow outside of our sessions as well. He truly cares about each one of his clients and is dedicated to helping them all achieve their goals. I highly recommend George to anyone wanting to feel better about their body!

I have been working with George for 5 months, and each month I have set goals and met them. While I have had good experiences in the past with trainers that ascribe closely to the Poliquin method, George applies a balanced approach that enables me to focus on general fitness and sports specific goals at the same time (soccer). He is absolutely dependable (always on time), well-organized (communicates via email and text messages), and enthusiastic about what he does. Highly recommend working with George if you are serious about improving your health.

I've been a client of George's for almost a year. When I started, I was incredibly frustrated with my inability to reach my weight loss goals.
