British Swim School offers swimming lessons for kids and adults, starting as early as 3 months. Located inside LA Fitness, we're open year-round and welcome both gym members and non-members. You can learn to swim when you’re ready and continue until you’ve mastered the skills. We use gentle teaching methods and a survival-first approach to help swimmers of all levels become safer and more confident in the water. Our safe, fun, and effective teaching methods have made us the preferred choice for parents and students for over 40 years. Our confidence-building curriculum and small group swimming classes provide a consistent format and structure with one-on-one attention for each swimmer. Private swimming lessons are subject to availability.

I absolutely love British Swim School! I first signed up my daughter and was so impressed with her progress that I decided to join myself. The instructors are amazing, very accommodating with schedules, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Great experience for both kids and parents!

I have nothing but good things to say about the British Swim School. This is the fourth swim school we've tried—and the first one that truly teaches swimming. You can actually see real progress, unlike other programs where kids stay stuck at the same level for months. My older son learned to swim freestyle, breaststroke, and even butterfly within a year!

We have been to all the swim schools around and this one is by far the best. My older son is on a swim team and we wanted our daughter to join. My 6 year old was swim team ready in 5 months. She learned all the strokes and flip turns. I love the techniques they use to prepare them and the instructors are fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about British Swim School. I recommend to everyone especially if you are looking to have your child join a swim team.

My experience was good, but the only problem was the weather, which was cold, and my daughter was shaking. We prefer to resume the swimming lessons after winter.
