Solid gym, the teachers are extremely inclusive and they know how to push you to your potential. If you want to seriously get in shape, learn discipline, respect, and proper fighting technique I highly recommend this gym. Only negative thing I have is I wish I could go more!! I started going to Kudo Kan about month ago knowing nothing about MMA. This school really giving me more confidence and pushing my limit. Everyday I am getting better and better. Coaches are professionals and work out that you do is to make you better fighter in cage and Life. Definitely 5 star place. This is a place where you build yourself for the next level.
