About the Club

btone FITNESS Lakeview is a small group, reformer fitness studio at 556 W Diversey Parkway. We offer an approachable hybrid of Pilates-inspired movements & strength training, delivered in a 45-minute, joyful flow that packs a serious punch. Our signature method strengthens every major muscle group in your body by incorporating strength training, functional movement, balance and flexibility into every TONE class. All classes are done on our customized reformer we call TONEy! Every TONE class is beginner friendly and all levels are welcome. Grip socks are required to take class and are available for purchase in the studio. Create an account and schedule online!

Btone is my new favorite workout! The exercises are tough but doable. The instructors are fun, personable and play great music! I've done floor pilates and yoga before, but it doesn't compare to the workout I get at btone (plus it's fun!)

B Tone has been such a great addition into my life. I was never consistent with workouts before and now I get sad on days that I don't do a class. I recently attended a class at btone Fitness, led by an incredible instructor (Katherine). Going into the session, I was admittedly very hesitant—as a guy with minimal flexibility/core strength, I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, Katherine’s fun, engaging, and inclusive approach immediately put me at ease. Her energy was infectious, and managed to create a team-oriented atmosphere where everyone felt motivated and supported. In the class, there were many attendees with strong experience in pilates/yoga down to people with no experience (me). It was clear that the class was designed to challenge both sides equally, regardless of experience level.

For anyone hesitant to try something new, btone is a must try! They proved that an exercise can be both effective and genuinely enjoyable.

The workout itself was the perfect blend of challenging, fun, & rewarding.

I'm a regular at another bTone location. I went to the Lakeview location during their opening weekend. The studio is beautiful, with 2 rows of reformers, 2 bathrooms, and some cubby holes to store your belongings. Katie M. was an exceptional instructor - she explained everything clearly and provided so much context about each move, the muscle groups that it touched, and challenges/modifications to customize the experience.
