Burn Boot Camp in Lake Zurich, IL features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I’ve joined multiple gyms before. I’ve done orange theory, lifetime, LA, etc. Burn was the first gym I’ve joined where I felt welcomed into the gym community immediately. The workouts are a good balance of weight lifting and cardio. They are challenging but leave you feeling like you accomplished something great for yourself that day. I would highly recommend checking out Burn Boot Camp if you are looking for a new gym routine. For those intimidated by a gym like these everything they do is customizable to your fitness and ability level. Don’t be afraid - give it a try!

From the moment I walked in to Burn LZ, I felt welcomed and supported. The trainers are absolutely incredible. So knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in your progress. They push you in the best way, and always meet you where you are. They’ve kept me accountable with my focus meetings, and they GENUINELY care about you and your fitness/health journey.

The workouts are always different, which keeps things exciting and challenging. I love how it’s not just about physical fitness, but also about building confidence, strength, and community. The other members are just as amazing!! It’s such a positive and uplifting atmosphere every time I walk through the doors.

Burn LZ has helped me become both physically stronger and mentally tougher. I can’t recommend it enough.

I love this gym and the community of women and men. I’ve been going to Burn since 2019. The trainers are wonderful and make you feel seen at each camp. They know exactly how to push you to lift heavier and reach your full potential. I love that I have access to personal focus meetings with the trainers where I can set goals and it’s also a time where they can get to know me better and what I need at each camp.
Burn has free childcare which is such a bonus for me on the days I need to take my kids with me. They love it and I love that they get to see me work hard too.
Every workout is different, only 45 minutes, and never boring. I love the group rotations and different protocols every week. Lake Zurich Burn has been a safe place for me to challenge myself, make new friends, and become so much stronger than I’ve ever been before.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Burn Boot Camp! I always feel welcomed and part of a supportive, uplifting community.

What really keeps me coming back is how efficient and effective the workouts are. Each class is only 45 minutes but it definitely gets the job DONE. This gym is perfect for people with a busy schedule who still want to prioritize their fitness (and feel like a total boss afterward).

And the trainers? They’re kind and genuinely care about your progress. They’ll make you laugh, cheer you on, and yes… absolutely kick your booty into shape in the best way possible.

I was formerly a member of F45 in Palatine, but when they decided to close, I was scared I wouldn't find anything that compared. 𝐃𝐚𝐦𝐧, 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐈 𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠.

Burn is actually SO much better than any other HIIT gym I've been to (and I've tried more than a few to say the least 🥴). The workouts are new and different - 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺. 𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘦. 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦. Each trainer feels like a friend you've known your whole life. A friend who *gently perfects* your form and encourages you when you have *that look* on your face of giving up and 𝘸𝘢𝘭𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘰𝘳. 🥵

But best of all? It's not cliquey, like other gyms I've been to. Burn actually encourages us to make friends by suggesting high-fives and partnering up. At first, this was something I wasn't sure I'd like (the introvert in me was taking over in a serious AF way). But by them suggesting these scary-at-first tactics, I feel like I have 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘴 at the gym (do I sound pathetic yet?).

If you're second-guessing, don't. 𝑱𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒕𝒓𝒚 𝒊𝒕. I promise, the confidence you'll gain in burning those calories and feeling good about yourself - is worth everything. 8 months in Burn and this place has become an addiction now. I remember contemplating every morning to wake up or not to hit the gym but this place and trainers have made it so easy for me now. I can’t put my finger on just one thing that’s good in here. Trainers are amazing! Exercises are so well planned! Community is amazing! The place in itself is super clean and welcoming! Those focus meetings are like 1:1 session with a PT. You get inputs for nutrition, they try to correct your form and icing on the cake you can let them know what you fear and they help you conquer it. That’s how I did my first ever pull ups, box jumps! Where do I even begin? This gym is my home away from home. From the trainers to the staff and all the members, it's a community that uplifts you, supports you, and becomes apart of you. What's so great about? Well, it takes the guess work out of the workout. If you're like me, I freeze the moment I go in front of weights at your standard gym. Burn gave me the workout. They showed me how to workout my body based on the protocol correctly. Not only is the workout trainer run, but I was able to get personal training in between exercises to make sure I kept form correct. Plus the time you can schedule to chat with a trainer about your fitness goals and nutrition is something you don't get elsewhere! And as my kiddos would say "mom are we going to workout today?" Because they too have made friends from being in childwatch! Yup, they watched my kids for the whole 45mins I worked out! Which for us mama's is a HUGE plus! Trust me when I say, if you've been wanting to get to a gym and are tired of freezing up at the gym... try Burn Boot Camp Lake Zurich!

I just have to say this place is amazing! Not only for working out , but you become a family!
I joined years ago with a promotion, got hooked and had 3 other family members join with me. COVID hit and we had to stop being members for personal reasons… I never forgot this place and always stayed in touch. I realized that I personally never felt better about myself ( reminded by family) than when I was a member! So here I am, with the help of the staff … I AM BACK! I thought I left a review awhile ago and after browsing my reviews, realized I did not?!? And that's a crime because EVERYONE should know just how AMAZING Burn Boot Camp Lake Zurich is!

Burn Boot Camp as a franchise is not like other gym franchises. I've been to several Burn locations across the country and they all foster the same amazing, supportive community no matter where they are.

But home will always be Burn Lake Zurich for me! The community there is (and I may be biased) quite exceptional! Everyone is so welcoming, so kind, so friendly, so quick to cheer you on and high five you at your first camp. Our group as a whole loves meeting new faces and making new friends and showing new members the ropes and sweating it out with them at their first camp! As a whole we are eager to help, eager to be friendly, and eager to welcome you into the community.

This of course extends to the team of very knowledgable trainers as well, with whom we wouldn't have a gym. They are the sweetest, coolest, funnest, most helpful, down-to-earth, supportive, bad*** ladies and we are so lucky to have them.

I hope if you're reading this and you're on the fence, to give Burn Boot Camp LZ a try. You will NOT be disappointed. I know everyone is welcoming, but if you come to 5:30 pm camp, you'll DEFINITELY find some faces ready to be friendly and welcome you into the fold from the start. Don't wait! I am hooked on Burn Bootcamp LZ. Before coming to Burn I could never have imagined myself to be a "regular" at a gym and prioritize fitness and exercise into my routine. I signed up in August of 2023. I had been a stay at home mom for 10 years and had been wanting to start working out consistently again. I started with wanting to shed some excess weight and gain strength. I'm over 8 months in and have gotten that and so much more!

I leave Burn feeling strong mentally and physically. Everyone is so nice and so encouraging. The trainers are all so great at what they do. I’ve been a member at Burn Lake Zurich for just over a year and words cannot do justice for how much Burn has changed my life. When I started at Burn, I was in a pretty dark place mentally and physically. The workouts at Burn helped me build so much strength and self confidence. I absolutely love going to burn! The community is absolutely incredible! I’m used to a team like atmosphere, growing up and still playing basketball, so coming here was perfect! The camaraderie and positive energy is exactly what I needed to get back into working out, considering I hadn’t done any sort of exercise in 3 years and having two babies back to back. I love that the trainers know you by name and are always willing to help you or call you out to push you harder. I also love that childwatch is included since I stay at home with my kids. I continue to make the 25 plus minute drive to do something for myself, knowing my kids are being taken care of and having so much fun while they’re there! There is undoubtedly a love-hate relationship there! Even though Burn Boot Camp is going to burn, you still wanting to return! The setting is stunning and inspiring! If you're sick of doing the same workouts at the gym! You should give the camp a try for a week; you'll be really impressed. These exercises will challenge you and help you reach your fitness goal! I'm a Soldier, and these exercises will challenge you and help you reach your fitness objective! Plus, it just lasts 45 minutes and includes both individual and group exercise! I've only been there for three days, but I can already picture myself continuing to do this.

My feelings the past 6 months have changed, but only for the better! The friends I have made here are truly amazing, and the support is unconditional! I have lost almost 60 pounds, and would not have been able to do that without the incredible trainers and members. You work as hard as you want, the trainers know who to push and how hard, as well as making sure to give variations and cheer you on when it is a rough workout! Utilizing the focus meetings with a trainer, that are included with your membership, gelps with accountability and keeping you on whichever path you choose (losing weight, gaining more muscle, dropping bofy fat, better eating habits all up to you!)

Burn lake Zurich is just what I needed! Not only are the workouts challenging and fun but there is a sense of community. I’m a bit of an introvert when it comes to fitness and never liked group fitness so I didn’t think I would like this, but everyone is just so great and supportive it’s impossible to not feel good after a workout here. The music is great, the coaches are great, and it’s nice to interact with other women and mamas for 45 minutes of my day. Makes me remember other people are trying to be fit and have life challenges too. Everybody is patient and welcoming and for me i leave here with a self esteem boost on top of a killer workout.

After my gym closed it’s doors and then Covid hit. I was scared to go back to working out but knew I needed to do something I looked at other places but I just didn’t find the right fit for me until a friend of mine that I use to work out with at my previous gym kept posting about Burn. I was scared, being 3 years older now 58 but gave it a shot and totally loved it. Chelsea and Katie and all the other trainers are fantastic and they really care about every single one of us.

I have been going to Burn Boot Camp for more than 4 years (more than 5 months at Burn Boot Camp LZ), and it is the best workout experience I have ever had. The trainers are very knowledgeable and highly motivating; the community is friendly, encouraging and judgment-free; there is a different workout everyday so that you do not get in a mental or physical rut; and you have the ability to go at whatever pace challenges you. I spent my 30s on the treadmill/elliptical and in the weight room, but now, in my 50s, I am in better shape than I was then. If I may make a pitch to the men on behalf of all of the Burn Bros - this is not a program that works only for women. I don’t think there is a man who would not be challenged to new heights by this program. Best of all, the place is just fun. I cannot recommend it more highly.

I’m new at the gym. Been there about two months. I am SHOCKED at how much I love it. And that’s not because of the gym, it’s because I didn’t think I was the “type” to like group workouts.

Everyone I have met is super friendly. When you are confused, just ask someone right next to you. They are building a community there and it’s beautiful. The trainers are ready to help and are very knowledgeable.

My favorite thing is I just show up. The workouts are planned and you just jump right in. Would highly recommend even if you’ve never done something like this before. Also - childcare. Hallelujah!!

I have been part of the Burn Boot Camp family for almost six months (just hit my 100th camp!), but the community there made me feel welcome from day one. I feel massive improvements in my energy level, strength, and overall well being. I was nervous to join Burn, I had never lifted weights before, but the level of support I received has been nothing but outstanding. I'm stronger than I knew! There are new protocols each week, I'm always surprised and never bored, which keeps me coming back. Each camp is 45 minutes long and are either focusing on specific muscle groups or style of workout. There is always a warm-up and a finisher followed by stretching. The trainers are engaged, motivating, and skilled, modifying exercises for me when my sciatica is bothering me, or pushing me with heavier weights or a new challenge. It feels like a personal training session in a group fitness environment. The focus meetings keep me accountable, teach me about fueling my body better, and help me reframe negative self-talk. They are working with me so I can reach my personal goals. I can confidently say, every single time I leave Burn, I feel better about myself.

The space is clean and inviting with an awesome floating floor so my knees stay happy! The times are convenient if your a morning person or evening person, there's a camp for you. Certain camps have FREE childwatch. My two girls, 5 and 7, love hanging with the other kiddos. There's a window that they can peer in and see us.

All fitness levels are welcome, it truly is a highly encouraging, no judgement zone. It is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time, I'm so happy to be part of such an amazing community and encourage everyone to check it out.

Where to even start! This place has truly changed my life. I will admit, I was terrified to do my week trial since I wasn’t in great shape and also because well ANXIETY. But, I did it last year and I’m so glad I did! Everyone from the front desk staff, to the trainers to the members are so welcoming, supportive, and amazing!! I have made numerous friends at Burn!! Beware of Burn Boot Camp!! I had really worst experience with billing. They make you sign a contract first; then because of COVID-19 the facility was closed and unavailable. I was only inclined for the space and equipment that they had at the facility and signed a contract. These people charged me $525 (the remaining amout that is due in the contatract) when I asked them to cancel my membership since I CANNOT USE the facility. Moreover, they are persuading people to “WORKOUT FROM HOME”. Which you can easily do by watching simple videos or a subscription apps and not had to pay their expensive fees. They did not even give me a headsup that they are going to charge my credit card. They are only interested in the money not the client nor the PANDEMIC. I have a friend who has a gym membership, their gym did not charge anything because of Pandemic. Again, before you sign anything make sure you do not sign the contract in their favor.

Not enough personal one on one attention. Due to that I hurt my back. Sometimes the class is too large. Paying way too much for a space to exercise. Whereas, other gyms have many more amenities for a lot lower price. Don’t sign a contract unless you know all the risks. Tried out this gym and went to Chelsea’s class twice and Katie’s class once. The instructors were very friendly, informative, helpful, and encouraging. The workouts are fun, challenging, and fast paced. The workouts can be really intense though so be prepared to sweat. It is amazing how much you do and exercise in those 45 minutes. I don’t think my body was prepared!

1) Their playlist makes it impossible to get bored💃🏼

Their remix will take you through every chapter of your life, from the middle school sleepovers when we worked with eager precision to tape record our favorite songs, to the frat house anthems that’ll make you wonder if you can still rip a beer bong. (There are plenty of current titles, but it’s the forgotten Tubthumpers that offer an easy escape from the weight of the kettlebells) 🎼🎤🥁🎷🎺🎼

2) No mirrors reduce opportunities for self-doubt/criticism/ mockery to sneak in.

But don’t worry about poor form. Their head trainers will be all up in your business if your tempo is off, toes are pointed out, hips aren’t tucked, etc. 🏋🏽‍♂️

3) This one is my favorite. It’s super clean.

Their black micro carpet is pretty immaculate so you never have to worry about hitting the deck for push-ups and meeting someone else’s stray hair 🤢

4) The community is everything.

Combine the Two Clap culture, the #burnsister mentality, and the honest yet affirming leadership and you’ve got yourself a tribe. 🌐

5) Efficient

Their :45 minute camps (classes) make it easy to stay engaged and power through. Rotating through stations frequently eliminates monotony and redundancy. 👌

6) Accountability

Most of the workouts are partnered or grouped so there’s no “phoning it in”. There’s someone else counting on you to finish your reps so she can advance. And it’s only in those desperate yet encouraging eyes of your partner that give an extra boost to push just a little bit further than you would on your own. 👯‍♀️

7) Diversity

You’ll find every variation of a woman possible. From the girl who’s cute-as-button and holds the light for great self-care, to the woman who decided yesterday was the last day she’d be a slave to her excess weight. And it all moves us forward.

My wife had gone to this location in lake Zurich. The trainer Lauren teaches how to be a team and your a family of one. But as soon as my wife’s groupon did not work. The Lauren had no regards to even having her In The class. Pathetic. She joined the long grove location where people actually care. Lauren may be a good trainer but that’s all she is. She has no values.
