Was visiting in town, they were able to accommodate a day pass for me. It is a very clean gym, has everything you need dumbbells up to 125, plenty of benches and equipment in addition to stretching and endurance training areas. Staff and the owner were very friendly, If I lived here I would roll here to lift!

Nice pool, hot tub, sauna, workout area is great. This is a quiet peaceful gym located in an office building. They also rent lockers and offer laundry service and full assortment of toiletries. I recommend if you are looking for a gym.

This is the best Gym I have been a part of since past 10 years. It has all the amenities which I like. Pool is never crowded and you can practise your laps peacefully. Steam and sauna room is nice. Gym equipments are good , well maintained. People seems to be well mannerd. Love the GM Mario he is super helpful and also plays pickel ball with us. Showers and lockers are cleaned frequently and the attendant does great job!. It's comparatively smaller gym than lifetime and La fitness but for me this is more than enough as I swim, exercise play pickel ball and basketball and this gym has all that facility.

Outstanding location, can access from pretty much anywhere. The equipment is a bit outdated, but gets the job done. Love th me sauna, the pool, the HIIT zone, the classes they offer, the whirlpool, and hopefully the steam room gets rolling in the few weeks to come. Highly recommended.

Great gym and usually well managed but as of late it has seemed like things have been not maintained/updated as well.
Lockers are pretty old and the old locker room carpets also need to be re-done, same goes with the old tiles near the shower areas. Some minor changes can help this place get back to where it was before..
The steam room in the mens locker room (which many enjoyed) and technically what SHOULD BE considered an amenity of the club that members pay fees for, has been broken for 5 months now. There has been a sign up saying “looking into a new unit” for so much too now & nothing has been done. There are no updates or transparency from the management, please take care of it.
If the club is not able to do maintenance on things like this on a more regular basis then membership prices need to be lowered.
Please bounce back.

UPDATE: IT IS NOVEMBER OF 2023 & THE STEAM ROOM IS STILL DOWN.. THE SAME “LOOKING INTO PRICING” NOTICE HAS BEEN UP FOR 8-9 MONTHS NOW, THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
THE COMPLETE LACK OF EFFORT/TRANSPARENCY TO RUN THIS GYM IS VERY EVIDENT. ABSOLUTELY HORRID. STOP ADDING USELESS THINGS BY LIKE THE NEW PROTEIN SHAKE MACHINE IN THE LOBBY & START SPENDING YOUR TIME FIXING THE THINGS THAT ACTUALLY NEED TO BE FIXED.
DOES NOT TAKE A YEAR TO “LOOK INTO” PRICING… JUST FIX THE DAMN STEAM ROOM. FIGURE IT OUT.

Solid, but Should be so much better. Steam room has been broken for 5 months, one of the 2 peloton bikes has been broken for 2 months now. Seems like there is no attention given to updates or fixes.

Update: the manager reached out to me and explained that the building is currently in foreclosure, which is holding funds that would be otherwise used to make the upgrades. Still doesn't take away the issues, but obviously helps the context and clearly has a manager that cares enough to follow-up.

This is a great gym, it’s kind of a hidden gem. The gym has a bunch of equipment you won’t find at most gyms, plus all the basic stuff like dumbbells, bench, tredmill etc.

I visited when they had their open house with a friend who is a member. We had a blast! I got a back massage while the two piece band was playing, just for ME of course(LOL!). I got my haircut for $10 from Zano Hair Salon. Marcus did a fantastic job and I love my new cut and look. I got a free tote bag from Athletes with their latest catalog inside which I filled with free samples of Vital Proteins Collagen powder packets, flavored bottled waters, protein powder in vanilla & chocolate. Then we had mini sandwiches, beet chips and an assortment of breakfast bars for lunch. The staff are very nice, helpful, cheerful and friendly. The ladies locker room is nice and big with mirrors on the ends of the rows so you can dry and style your hair. There are plenty of showers each stocked with liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. A dryer to dry your wet swimsuit if you used the pool. This is a very nice thoughtful idea so you aren't carrying a wet, stinky swimsuit around all day.
I worked out on the treadmill machine and the elliptical machine while watching TV. Multiple TVs with different programs on each TV. There has to be something you want to watch while working out if you aren't listening to your own music. The pool is beautiful and beautifully maintained. The water is crystal clear.
This is a very nice fitness center.
