The staff are cordial, informative, and maintain a positive disposition. Clean locker room and equipment. It's a nice place to work out! It would be a good idea for them to offer giveaways and/or host informational sessions on exercises, nutrition, and etc.

Initially I thought this club was a God-send. My doctor recently ordered me to start adding more aerobics/cardio exercises to my workout, because the isometrics and weightlifting weren't working my heart enough. In essence, my blood pressure remains too high.

I attempted to try the "FREE TRIAL MEMBERSHIP" route, however, on my first visit, after the intake employee finally informed about putting my gym bag in the locker room, after I was about to begin riding the exercise bike. Of course my thought was "why didn't you tell me about the locker room after I signed in for the first time ever?" She didn't have to be a rocket scientist to note that I never had been here before, and I had a big gym bag. Anyways, I had four locks, 3 were too big, the other too small. I had to leave because I was unable to lock my gym bag up! How does this count as a visit if I wasn't able to do anything?

My second attempt was successful. I had a good workout, and looked forward to joining. The 2 guys working the intake counter were physical trainers, and I looked forward to doing the personal and group training. Prior to leaving, one of the guys verbally told me twice that I could come back for two more visits on the trial membership.

I went there today, already in my workout clothes. Today's intake guy claimed to be the Manager, and told me that what the guys told me on Sunday was inaccurate, and that I was supposed to make two consecutive visits. I told him that I didn't recall that. Upon writing this piece, I did find that the Manager was correct regarding the "consecutive visits." However, it was his ugly attitude and unprofessional behavior that's driving me not to join this club. It's unfortunate to me because this is the closet Health/Fitness Club to me, however, I am compelled to drive out-of my way to avoid this place and go somewhere else!

Overall it’s a decent gym (not quite what I’m use to, but conveniently located). I got a membership back in October and I’ve been a few times, however I have since discovered I’ve been charged “ADDITIONAL” fees I wasn’t clearing told about. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY MEMBERSHIP!

I enjoyed the group fitness class. It was differentiated for varying degrees of fitness, and while every move was challenging, it was still fun. I think that's the most important part about it.

Friendly staff will assist when asked and I've even seen them offer workout tips unsolicited. They often greet you as you enter the building and salute you as you leave.

It's a nice place to workout. The equipment is good, the employees are really helpful, and everything's kept nice and clean. Not as big as some places, but it's just the right size for the area. It's not spectacular or fancy, but it's definitely a good place.
