Chase is extremely knowledgeable with strength training and how to work what muscles you want to target for your goals. He explains thoroughly and corrects form along the way to prevent injury during your set. I was able to try out some equipment that was new to me, and while normally I would be nervous to try it out I was confident that I was in good hands! His gym is super nice with top of the line equipment. Highly recommend!

Out of all the trainers that I have had sessions with in the past, Chase is by far the best! He is extremely educated in the health & fitness field and I really enjoy the strength training workouts he puts together for our sessions. I always leave feeling great! His gym setup is awesome and he guides you through perfecting your form with every movement! Definitely see Chase if you are looking to improve your health, wellness, and overall strength!

Chase trained the women’s lacrosse team at Illinois Wesleyan my freshman year. He is very passionate about his work and creating a fun environment that I looked forward to going to daily (even at 7am). I appreciate the work he took to make a training plan that was sport specific, it was easy to tell that he put time and effort into making us better athletes while ensuring we had proper form.

As a collegiate athlete that trained with Chase, he is very helpful for any athletes that are trying to remain on the field for a full season of competition and trying to increase their potential. I’ve been working with Chase for about 3 years now and WOW. What an absolute steal of a trainer. He knows his movements, how to efficiently get work done while adding some excitement to his environment. Online or in person, Chase is affordable in all aspect of training whether that be cardio, lifting, or just maintaining. He is also phenomenal with his creative and interactive posts. Chase is INCREDIBLE. His knowledge about training and nutrition helped me feel better, look better, and realize my bodies potential! I worked with Chase in a group setting, it was so nice because the first session was free so we were able to see what we liked about it. I got a lot from the group session and I would definitely recommend. He is so knowledgeable in what he does and truly cares about each and every individual he works with. His instagram is also super helpful to follow as he post very good information on that as well. I can’t imagine how much better he will be now that he has his own gym and own equipment, if only he was still at IWU! 10/10 recommend chase to everyone!

Training with Chase is the real deal! Not only is the training for real, but the nutrition, recovery, and mobility programs he provides are top notch. Chase trained me for speed and agility for an entire off-season. He is a fantastic coach who is not only knowledgeable but also personable and easy to talk to during training sessions.
