Welcome! We truly feel honored to support and offer classes and programming for those of all levels of yoga and meditation experience including those who may be newer to yoga or are unsure where to begin again!
We welcome, support and encourage participation of people of any race, ethnicity, gender, ability, sexual orientation or religious affiliation. We have single-stall all gender bathrooms/changing rooms in our studio space. We strive to create compassionate and inclusive programming for all. It is our hope that we lift each other up and support each other as a community through the invaluable practices of yoga and meditation!

I graduated the Yoga teacher training in 2024 at Chi Town Shakti and since then I feel here like at home:) teachers were very attentive and experienced. They have a lot to share with their students. I felt supported and I am so grateful that I joined Chi Town Shakti community. Om Shanti🙏🪷

Me and my husband was in Chicago visiting and we decided to trya yoga class in the area. It was beyond AMAZING and the instructor was so versatile with the class. Such a great start to our vacation.

Love it here. The Candlelight Yoga and Meditation class on Sundays is awesome. The teachers take time to find out what your body needs and tailors each class to the students. Best studio I've been to by a long shot.

Their prices are SO GREAT!!! I mean come on, $10 bucks for mediation class on Fridays. My teacher was amazing, she was so open to helping me and gave me some great advice. I even tried a Yoga class there and I just FELL IN LOVE!!! <3
