Lou is awesome! I took my 3 daughters who are teenagers and they enjoyed learning from Lou. They learned so much and everyday was something new unlike other places they teach one move. Love Lou and will definitely recommend 💜

Lou is a great technical boxing trainer who really knows his stuff. Always on time, super professional, and you won't leave his workouts without being drenched in sweat. If you put in the work Lou will get you the results. Try him and you'll see...

Ive trained with Lou for a few months and have really enjoyed it. Coming in with no prior boxing experience, I've learned a tremendous amount during our short time working together. On top of the coaching he gives you during the workout he also will give you some drills to do at home/ in the gym. If you are looking to learn how to box and get a good workout then I would highly recommend working with Lou.

Lou has been training my 13-year old daughter with private boxing lessons for several months now. He is a fantastic coach: patient and firm. I was amazed at how much she had learned after a few weeks of lessons. She loves it (which is very hard to find at her age) and has built confidence, strength, and stamina. His prices are very reasonable for private lessons. He is flexible with the times he is available and even comes to the park near our house so it’s super convenient. He couldn’t have made it easier for us We will definitely keep Lou as her boxing coach!

Lou is a fantastic trainer & coach.
He pushes you to the limit but not past.
Lou is a mixes technique and strength training throughout the session.

I’ve gone to a few boxing clubs and Lou by far is my favorite trainer. If you want a tough workout and learn to be a good boxer— go with Lou.

I trained with Lou for 8 months in both group and individual sessions. In that time I got in very good shape and learned how to throw a few pretty good punches.

Sessions with Lou are always a mix of learning technique and working out. Some workouts are moderately hard, others will make you feel like you're going to throw up, but in a good way. Lou will push you to your limit, but not past. As long as you're giving every workout your best effort, you'll be fine.

You will occasionally get a chance to spar. Sparring always starts with light, slow punches and gradually gets faster and harder. Lou is good about watching for sparrers who are punching too hard for the situation and keeping them in line.

I recommend taking boxing lessons from Lou.

I really like coming here. Ive been to a few boxing clubs and have had a few trainers but Lou is the real deal. I have not met anyone who is as devoted to his team as Lou. Yes I said TEAM. Instead of just feeling like another student I feel like I am part of something more. Like a small family. I encourage anyone who wants to learn the ins and outs of boxing to come check it out.
