Established in 2002, we are the high intensity personal training studio in Lincoln Park. You will experience the benefits of a full-body strength workout in only 20 minutes, once or twice a week. The SuperSlow technique suggests 18-23 seconds per repetition using specialized MEDX machines to help control the speed and isolate the targeted muscles. Safe, efficient, effective training.I’ve been doing SuperSlow Since 1996,(before CWSS was founded). CWSS’s full-range, slow-rep, sets to failure have allowed me, at 75, to build & maintain a high level of strength, flexibility,& endurance via one 1/2 hour workout a week.

This is an intense, short workout that combines a wide variety of “medical grade” equipment with super one-on-one supervision to work every muscle group. It takes about two minutes to completely exhaust the muscle you’re using, and that’s actually the goal. You have to really concentrate, and it’s very hard work (not for everyone), but half an hour and you’re done. And it works! Been going for about a month, twice a week and seeing and feeling results. I have worked with Amy, Linda and Theresa (the owner), and they are all great. Very encouraging and supportive.
