bee a while since I'd been here. couldn't get in. Couldn't get in when attendant was present due to CF only having 1, the 1 was cleaning and I couldn't get inside. They didn't answer phone. a member came to door and asked what I needed.

Uncooperative customer service they don’t even answer the phone you have to go in person to cancel which is extremely inconvenient and 70 to 90% of the time they have nobody there on staff so that is the deterrent for you to cancel. Not to mention it’s supposed to be no contract and they hold you accountable for gym membership payments even after you cancel. I highly highly recommend you to go the other way. This place is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend anybody that is overweight to go to this place because you get stared at like you’re an object that has never been seen.

This is not a Good place to go by any means. I highly recommend you to go the other way and run. They trap you into memberships even though you sign a one year membership that continue and carry it Even if you did not ask them to they continue to take out of your account and carry a membership on that is supposed to just be a one year membership

I go to CF 5x a week. This location is convenient BUT it needs better ventilation. As soon as you walk in your hit with the heat and sweat 😮‍💨. Today is the second workout in a row that I’ve had to interrupt just to walk outside for fresh air. If they had staff to talk to about this I would, but instead I have to write this review 🙄.

This place is a dang joke when I signed up there was no contract that said I had to stay with them. So I cancelled my membership I got charged 77 dolars to "buy out " because according to them I was on a contract not to mentioned they overdraft my account causing me more money.i did reach out to customer service and even though
i told them i did not approved of them taking that money out they still did .The whole time I went here I saw people get in for free you can legit get in behind someone else and you are good to work out no one will bother you . Save you a bad time and go somewhere else.on a positive note Sandra is the only person I like she kept the place clean always moving around keeping busy and she was really friendly she is always acknowledging people unlike the other girl that was only on her phone all the time she even wore pijamas and sandals too . So if you are going to sign up make sure you look for Sandra. But also make sure you know it's a contract so you can't cancel or they still will take your money.

This particular location is one of the smaller gyms. The equipment that it has is also a little out dated. The upside is that it's not usually packed so you don't necessarily have to wait too long to use any one particular piece of equipment.

The gym is a perfect place for me to get my mind right after a stressful day. I enjoy seeing the other members, as they help keep environment friendly and supportive. The staff is nice and seem to always take pride in keeping the location clean and safe. I appreciate when Tiffany greets my by name and asks about my day. She always has a positive message on the whiteboard that encourages folks to reach their goals! I enjoy my gym and dig the effort the staff puts in to make all my visits a positive experience!

Update: I paid a $69 fee to cancel my account and club fitness is still taking money out of my account. I tried calling to have this matter resolved and they told me it would take several buisness days for them to research why my account wasn't canceled....

Club fitness is the worst gym I have been a member with. Small with not alot of variety of machines. I ended up moving and was forced to pay $69 to cancel my account.. They use a 3rd party for their billing that are hard to deal with and understand. Save yourself some time and stress and pick a different gym.

Don't recommend anyone going to this Club fitness at all. I went there to check it out and NONE OF THE STAFF were LISTENING to what I was asking. Trying to lose weight but they think it's funny. I've been here for about 6 years now and over the years the management and staff has greatly depreciated. It's sad because I love this gym but I just walked in today and the manager looked right at me and gave me a dirty look and then looked away as well as some trainers, I've heard them talk about me as week as others that don't workout with trainers. You have workers doing nothing but sitting on their cell phones most of the time. I can't believe it has become like this.

Shame on club fitness!! Rip-off artists. We tryed several times to cancel our month to month membership, not a contract but, month to month mind you, and they just keep billing us. Said they "didn't receive" our letter...yeah right. They received our check just fine...try talking to someone over the phone, they're rude cant help...talk to someone in person they cant help... send a letter? Oh they dont "receive" it. I beleive this to be a scam. Hope that extra hundred bucks is worth losing my business forever and hope it covers losing all the busness of they people im going to enlighten about your business practices. Im going to go out of my way to let everyone know about this crap. Thanks!

I agree with the other reviewer. The facility is smaller and it does not provide all the things that the one in st. Louis offers. Exercise classes etc. Also have to wait around a while before can get on a tread mill. Other than that the personal trainers are really nice. So 5 stars for the employees and 3 stars for the fitness place.
