Love this place, its been my home for 995 classes over the last 5 years. The instructors are fun and always coming up with new routines to keep the classes fresh. Pilates grounds me after crazy day at work or starts the weekend off in a good way.

I’ve been doing Pilates reformer as part of my fitness routine for over a decade, usually just once a week at various studios around the city, but joining Club Pilates Lincoln Park completely changed that. The studio is clean, welcoming, and offers a great variety of classes at convenient times. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and excellent at providing personalized adjustments.

As a former rugby player, my fitness routine had always been heavily focused on weightlifting, but my finicky back made it increasingly difficult to maintain my strength, no matter how on-point my form was. After joining Club Pilates, I enjoyed the classes so much that I completely shifted my routine and upgraded my membership to unlimited. I now go 3 to 5 times a week! The studio is motivating, and I finally feel like I’ve gained back my pre-COVID strength.

If you’re looking for a studio that’s consistent, friendly, and truly effective, Club Pilates Lincoln Park is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

I’m in my mid-fifties, a long-time runner, and someone who’s done plenty of high-impact workouts over the years. After giving some serious thought to my future, I decided it was time to invest in something that would help me stay strong and active for the next 10, 20, even 30 years. I knew I needed to build strength in my back, hips, and core, maintain bone health, and improve my balance. Pilates felt like the right move.

I chose Club Pilates Lincoln Park after driving by it countless times. Then, by chance, I met a lovely woman at a party who couldn’t say enough great things about the studio. After taking the intro class, I signed up for the unlimited membership on the spot; I wanted to get the most value and see if I could stick with something that helped me so much.

In under two months, I’ve taken 24 classes, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed the variety as well as the knowledgeable, friendly instructors. My goal is to keep improving and really refine my practice, and I truly feel the instructors want me to succeed. Their encouragement motivates me to push myself and learn more each time I’m there.

Logistically, the studio is in an excellent location, with convenient parking and plenty of class times to choose from. Classes are well-organized, check-in is simple, and the CP app makes scheduling a breeze. With the unlimited membership, it’s easy to book ahead and reserve spots with your favorite instructors.

Overall, I’m excited to continue this journey—and so far, I couldn’t be happier!

I joined Club Pilates LP about 15 months ago and have no regrets! Having chronic back issues for years, this form of exercise and core strengthening is the best for me in maintaining and improving my health, and the programs offered by Club Pilates are perfect! The instructors are all experienced, accommodating and provide good guidance. The front desk staff is welcoming and very helpful. The studio is clean and comfortable and the equipment is maintained well. Club Pilates LP has been a game-changer for me! Highly recommend!

I booked my first pilates class at Club Pilates for a mid day session. I understand the grip sock rules but feel as though $22 is steep on top of paying for a class that is a trial run. The instructor was not accommodating or welcoming, as this was my first time in the atmosphere. The group felt cliquey and the instructor was cold. I wish the experience was more enjoyable, but even the beginner classes are not suitable for a first timer.

I have been a Pilates fan for decades. And I have been to many North Shore, city and some out of state locations over the years. Both at Club Pilates and other pilates studios. In my experience, this location is the absolute best I have been to. The studio is spacious ,well equipped and well maintained. The instructors are ALL amazing. Not kidding. They all have different styles but they are all very organized with classes flowing effortlessly . They all offer different options to add on challenge. And what I like the most is that they explain the science behind the move, what is it working and why is that muscle important. It makes a huge difference to be able to make an effective mind body connection if you know exactly what you are improving! The music is again specific to the instructor but all Playlists are upbeat,uplifting and specially at a comfortable sound level, so it helps with the relaxation benefit of Pilates. I really cannot say enough good things about this studio and staff. Gift yourself a visit and try one of their intro free classes. And if you already are in a studio, try some classes here, you will notice the difference! Very grateful I now have my forever CP studio!!!

I can only go by my experience with the Club pilates on Clybourn that I go to every Thursday at 11:30. From the moment you walk in Taylor is so welcoming and delightful and Courtney, who teaches at that time, is phenomenal. It is so enjoyable and you get a complete workout for your entire body. I love their reformers and you feel great at the end of the class. I could go on and on but I think you get the picture!! Definitely the "Best of the Best"!!

I joined club Pilates a few months ago and it was the best decision. As someone who doesn’t love going to the gym but knows how important it is both mentally and physically to move my body I was looking for a workout experience where I didn’t feel pressure or self conscious in a class. Everyone at Club Pilates has been so welcoming and friendly. I’ve never looked forward to working out but now i wish my schedule allowed me to do Pilates everyday. I feel stronger, confident and more connected to my body. It’s the perfect mix of a mindful, intuitive full body workout. You have the ability to choose what works best for you and the instructors are there to help with any modifications. I leave each class feeling great. I’ve been going to the Lincoln park and river north location and both the staff and members are lovely. It’s such a great community and the instructors are passionate, knowledgeable, and supportive! I definitely recommend! I love Pilates!! (They also offer a student discount which is a perk!)

I received a text on Wednesday advising me to bring grip socks or purchase them at the studio. Since I was coming straight from work, I planned to buy them there. However, on Thursday at 4:30pm (2 hours before class start time), I got a message saying the studio doesn't accept Apple Pay or cash. These were my only options as I recently lost my debit card and I'm waiting for a new one. When I arrived and explained this, the receptionist asked if I could show her the physical card, even though I had just explained I was waiting for it in the mail. This conversation was in front of others, and it felt very uncomfortable and a bit hostile. To avoid more embarrassment, I said it wasn't a big deal and left. Other fitness studios have offered help when I forgot items like towels or mats. I made a mistake expecting similar service here

I've wanted to do reformer Pilates for years and am so glad I started a couple months ago at Club Pilates Lincoln Park. The complimentary first session was all I needed to know I'd love it. Club Pilates Lincoln Park is extraordinary! I have been taking classes at this studio for 5 years now, and I simply cannot say enough good about it. The studio is always immaculate, and its location in a little shopping strip makes parking not just free, but easy.

It's the people that make CPLP such a standout. The owner, Abby Phelps, is personally invested in ensuring that her members are heard and respected. The location manager, Abby Chafe, is equally committed to delivering an outstanding experience for the members. They welcome input and suggestions and modify classes based on what the members say.

The instructors are also the best. There is a wide variety of classes, including several levels of Flow, Cardio Sculpt, Barre Fusion and TRX, so it's easy to find one that works well for your personal style and fitness goals. I have taken over 500 classes here, and intend to achieve the 1,000 class goal - and beyond. I will be a devoted member of CPLP for life!

Club Pilates is a wonderful format for both new and experienced Pilates participants. I learned Pilates through the intro class and then level one classes. I have orthopedic issues and was nervous to proceed. But, the instructors are patient, help you modify to your level and keep everyone going through a great 50 minute workout. I had paid for private classes individual in the past. The group class got me going on a flow to optimize the experience. So many times I walked in feeling stiff and left feeling strong and limber. The Pilates method using reformers to maintain alignment and is the perfect exercise to strengthen, stretch without injury. Good for young and old with a variety of classes for even the fittest members. It changed my life. The staff has been great. Covid precautions maintained. Shout out to Linda M. And Caroline. It's been just a little over a year since I joined Club Pilates, Lincoln Park. Let me say that I have never been a gym person and have never really had a muscle in my life. This place has changed my body (abs! triceps! balance!) and my life (feels so good to be STRONG!). I can’t say enough good things about Club Pilates.
The classes both group and private are exceptional. The instructors take time to get to know all the members and their individual concerns.
It’s more of a community looking to get healthy and fit in a positive and supportive environment. The instructors are knowledgeable and the classes are very consistent in the work out you receive.
Club Pilates offers more classes at consistent times by exceptional teachers than any other Pilates studios I have found.
I’ve tried various workouts in my life but none compares to the workout I get at Club Pilates in 50 minutes on the reformer. You notice real changes in 10 classes.
The owner Abby is amazing and genuinely cares about each of the members. Ruth at the front desk is exceptional and goes the extra mile with any requests or concerns you may have. She is an inspiration and a delight to see. I started last April and it is now December and my entire family comes with me to Club Pilates.

I have been going to this Club Pilates location since it opened over two years ago and I can't say enough good things. Overall, Pilates has become a huge part of my life because of the classes, the instructors and other staff. They are so helpful in all aspects. I became pregnant with my second child a few months after I started and the instructors made this transition so easy. They provided adjustments and modifications when needed even in a class of 11 other people, always aware of what my needs were without taking focus off of the class as a whole. I am so glad I found Pilates as a workout that I cannot wait to do and this place is a huge part of that.

I found Club Pilates Lincoln Park last summer and have been a huge fan from my first visit. The staff at the front desk are welcoming and always greet members with a smile. The instructors are truly exceptional! Each has their own style, and members quickly learn which of the many classes and which of the various instructors are most suited to their needs and goals. All of the instructors are eager to help the members do well and achieve their fitness goals. There are so many classes at different times and levels that there is truly something for everyone! When I joined CP Lincoln Park, I just figured it was a convenient location of a chain fitness organization. What I've learned is that it is personally managed by a staff of owners and instructors who genuinely care about their members. Since joining CP Lincoln Park, I have lost weight, reduced the effects of arthritis in my knees, become stronger and more flexible, and even made some new friends along the way. I am truly grateful to have found CPLP and recommend it wholeheartedly!

I was very disappointed in my experience at this facility. I had gone for a private lesson to get help with my lower back pain and I had explained my restrictions in advance. The instructor did not seem aware of my restrictions for my back and put me through a workout that further strained and aggravated my back. I was hoping that my information sent in advance would have informed her to go slow and do a very simple, gentle exercises as this was my first experience in Pilates.

I've never actually stepped foot in this establishment, but can you tell you that customer service is top notch. Someone left their keys in the church of my grandmother's funeral, and there were both Panera and Club Pilates member cards on the lanyard. Panera could only tell me the first name. I started calling around to area Club Pilates. The first lady told me she could only look up members at her location, and the number from the card didn't match anyone in their database. The second location didn't answer their phone after three tries. The third location said she didn't know how to look it up. The fourth location said she filtered it to encompass all locations, but still couldn't help me. I wasn't giving up. So I called Ellen at this Chicago location. She did the same search, BUT took my name and number and said she would contact tech support to have them dig deeper. Within half an hour, she called me back with the name of the owner of the missing keys! She went above and beyond to help me and we (myself and the owner of the keys) are so very thankful!! Thank you, Ellen!!
