Hands down my favorite Pilates studio (and I’ve been to A LOT)! I always leave feeling strong and confident. The instructors here are truly the best. They’re extremely knowledgeable and attentive. I can also book classes when they work for ME. I’ve done classes from 6:30am through 6:30pm depending on my weird schedule. Love this place so much!!!

Staff and instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are fair and love the flexibility the schedule offers. Classes offered Monday thru Sunday, morning and evening availability (excluding Sunday or Saturday evening). Been a member for a couple of years and have seen the difference in my body.

I went for the introductory Pilates Reformer class because I have a lumbar disc herniation and wanted to see if it could be the right activity for me. I forgot to bring the specific Pilates socks—partly because, due to my back condition, I first needed to make sure this was the right fit for me.
As soon as I arrived, the blonde lady with glasses at the front desk didn’t welcome me or tell me more about your condition. Instead, the first thing she said—rather rudely—was, “Did you bring the required socks?” When I explained I had unfortunately forgotten them, she told me I was required to buy a pair from them before the class for $14.
But if I’m telling you this is my first time and that I’m here because of a physical issue, the least you could do is show some kindness and flexibility instead of forcing me to purchase socks for a 30-minute intro class! At the very least, she could have said, “Unfortunately, wearing grip socks is part of our policy, but since this is an introductory class, we can lend you a pair with a deposit and collect them at the end,” or she could have let me speak with the instructor.
I left immediately due to the rude and insensitive approach. You lost potential business over a $14 pair of socks.
That happened at the Plainfield location, but since the group is the same in Naperville, it’s only fair that everyone is aware of the quality of service.

Very disappointed. Poor customer service. I was excited to try an intro class; however, my intro class was cancelled at least three times because I did not confirm via text. I am not someone who reads all my text messages. Club Pilates should highly consider calling customers to confirm.

This is the first time I’ve ever done Pilates and I really enjoy it! The instructors are fabulous and take the time to make sure I’m doing the exercise correctly. Clean and friendly studio, which offers different class levels making it challenging. Level 1 isn’t easy but I think I’m going to try level 1.5 next month!🤞🏻

Awesome lesson - as always- with Lisa this morning! Full body workout, challenging at times (just as it should be), always fun and creative. Lisa is great at offering modifications and alternatives. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Club Pilates and the instructors and staff. It is an amazing workout. I have never been so strong in my whole life. I've worked out with weights my whole life and I hated the super sore feeling after doing weights. When you merge strength training with stretching you eliminate the extremely sore muscles. I'm more fit, trim and balanced than ever. The instructors are so knowledgeable and always keep the workouts exciting, challenging and new. This is the best place to get a solid workout!

It was my first time visiting and the instructor was very friendly (the reason for the second star). I was set back by the rest of the staff because they purposefully didn’t help the POC and went out of their way to help all the Caucasian women. It definitely had us feeling really uncomfortable to come back to this place.

I began Pilates in February 2019 after being told by my doctor that my previous means of working out was breaking down my body. My previous workouts consisted of boxing, until my back gave out on me. After healing, I did boot camp until, again, my back gave out and I then had back surgery. After healing from surgery, I did another boot camp style workout, and then switched to CrossFit. I would come home from CrossFit and my body was in such pain (and not good muscle soreness pain). My body was rejecting this aggressive style of working out. My back pain and knee pain were horrendous. In January, 2019, at the ripe old age of 56, in an attempt to climb a rope to the ceiling of the CrossFit facility, my hamstring decided it had enough. With my pulled hamstring, I hobbled home. Following my doctor’s orders and shortly after the hamstring situation, I then began Yoga, in January of 2019. I was quite surprised that by body did not care for Yoga. I would experience pain (again, not a muscle soreness pain).
So, next up was Pilates. I will be honest; I did not believe Pilates would be a strenuous enough workout for me. Coming in on February 17, 2019 for the Pilates introductory class, I was very, very skeptical. To my surprise, I could see how, if I focused on the proper muscles to be used for each specific exercise explained, this type of exercise could be greatly beneficial. When I was told that many hospitals were adding Pilate’s studios for rehabilitation, I was sold.
I started slow, with only 4 classes per month. I thought “I am tired of jumping all in, then coming home injured”, so against my normal routine, I started gradually. It did not take long before I increased to 8 classes per month, and then quickly increased to a full membership. When not traveling with my husband, I try to make 5 Pilates classes per week. It is incredible knowing I am doing something to make my body strong without injuring it. My body is still a mess. I need both knees replaced. But what is great, is I do not come home in pain from injury. I have wonderful muscle soreness when I focus on the mind/muscle connection and use my body properly. The instructors have corrected my form on certain exercises (such as squats) and I was shocked to notice the difference when using correct form (eliminating my back pain twinge I felt from the incorrect form). Everyone that works at the Club Pilates, Naperville South are incredibly helpful. Great people!
I am so grateful for giving Pilates a chance. My goal is to have a strong, flexible body long into old age. I know Pilates will be my workout of choice until the day I die. I firmly believe this. In August while walking in front of my husband, as we were boarding a plane, he complimented my legs and on how they have improved in appearance. You just can’t beat that!

I have a knee injury and Pilates workouts have been great for me because they are low impact. The instructors will also ask at the beginning of class and work with you if you have an injury.
A lot of people with previous injuries come here and they all talk about how much these exercises help. I can only go by how I feel and these exercises have been amazing for my recovery.
And, if Pilates isn’t the only workout you want to try: this place also offers TRX, cardio, barre exercises etc.
The owner, Eric, is great and will work with you if you need to pause your membership.

Great experience .. staff is great and instructors provide great support and guidance. The studio is new and kept very clean. Taking a demo is the best way to check it out. When taking a class The hour goes by very fast due to all of the variations of exercise. It's easy to follow and is great for beginners. Class times are available on the app and easy to schedule. Several classes throughout the day to choose from. I recommend trying classes with various instructors as they all have their own style and intensity of routines can vary by instructor.
